I got the same setup, but with a ported + balanced true 85cc (110cc). Pwk 21, shift kit, mz65 clone (nasty jack). I'm just in the final stages of assembly. After watching this video, now I can't wait to ride it. 😍 What is the cc of the pk80?
That's great. You are going to love it. I have the falcon 911 nikasl plated cylinder. I can't remember what CC it is. I think it's around 90cc but I may be wrong.
I am a fan of this type of videos of motorized bicycle with jack shaft and to improve it is a video driving as it is due to and something else scared the truck hahaha
How many kms does it pull ? ? ? { if you run a smart phone app, start a trip meter , it will give you top speed , average speed , ect) Sweet ride and very impressive disc brake stopping power👌2:39
I will have to test one day with an app but my buddy cruised along side me and i was doing around 85km/h on a flat before i added the falcon 911 and bigger intake and carb. So it should get over 90km/h on a flat surface, but thats really too fast for a bicycle. Check out my other channel dedicated to this bicycle. youtube.com/@MotorizedBicycle1?si=zkn-Hxvueg4D_BfH
Nice ride bro 🔥💨💨💪 where did you get that silencer for the MZ pipe ? Also Did the silencer slip right into the MZ pipe or you had to do some modifications?
It's a universal carbon canister from aliexpress. Made a stainless adapter plate to fit it to the mz pipe. Both silencer and mz are 22mm if I remember correctly.
I thought that the bakkie (truck) was parked in the driveway and I didn't see anyone in the vehicle. That's was really a miracle for me. I don't know how I stopped so fast.
@LoadingHB i used two Topeak defender fenders. Standard fitment on the front. For the rear i only the rear portion of a Topeak defender front mudguard, i then used a cheap aliexpress universal rear fender and some fabrication with aluminium flat bar with which i made i custom rear fender.
@@FishingEasternCapeSA the spring sounds like a good idea. I tried those black rubber pads with white string in them. They suck. They look like they're made from old tire rubber. Btw... The bike sounds amazing! 👍✌️
I use the pink Chinese pads. Spring is a must as it kept slipping. I also cut grooves in the clutch pressure plate, similar to what you see with car clutches. It has never slipped since but I think the spring is what helped the most.
Can you tell me how to route that carb? I'm confused what those 2 brass nipples on opposite ends are for.... leave it alone? Plug it up? Route hoses from it?
i think you may be speaking about the power jet circuit. The two brass nibble need to be piped together. Google OKO 21mm diagram and you will find a description.
@@FishingEasternCapeSA OK, how do I make the throttle cable fit? It isn't long enough to stick it in the slide, even if the spring is compressed entirely! Even if I'm able to fit it in, wouldn't the spring be too compressed to wear I cant even give it any throttle input? Did you cut the spring?
UPDATE : I took off the cable at the throttle tube side and fitted the carb end first.... but then when I went back to try and install the cable at the throttle tube, it's too short now. How do people with oversized carbs make the cable work?
@@tonykartracer8032 i got a cable made to custom length. We have a local cable repair shop. My cable was also the incorrect length. I think mine was too long if I recall correctly. Just as long as you are completely adjusting all adjustments point all the way in, if you still can't get it to on then make the core a bit longer.
@@FishingEasternCapeSA Was wondering how everyone with aftermarket oversized carbs got their cable to work properly.... I suppose everyone had to have their custom made to length. Just thought there was an easier solution that I missed out on. Anyway, thanks for the help man, I appreciate it!

That exhaust has to burn the piss out of you all the time* and what is going on with that clutch box? I've never seen one with an exterior cover attachment that seems to create a chain shaft extension adapter.. wHaT iS tHaT caLleD {{I saw your jackshaft video}}
The cover is just a guard for the jackshaft sprocket. The exhaust doesn't get hot enough to burn. I can touch it with my hand even after a long ride on a hot day. So never had an issue.
It's South Africa so it's the correct side of the road. I did see the bakkie (truck) but I thought it was parked. I didn't run into the truck, it pulled out in front of me. It's always easy to judge when you sit there watching the footage afterwards, but you make incorrect assumptions.

Thanks. Happy New year to you too! Yes the flacon 911 is really awesome. Proper quality.
Thanks for the ride. Godspeed
That bike is just about perfect. Great job! Ant work done to the internals?
Upgraded sealed bearing in the clutch, replaced all those loose ball bearing. Everything else is basically bolt on parts. Standard PK80 crank.

Thanks Jeff. It is based on a PK80. Major mods are described in the video.

I need that bike damn
Seems nice, how many kilometers can it do before needing a refill?
haven't measured yet but obviously will vary a lot depending on what speed im doing
😮
Would that installation of changes wear out the bike chain more? And how often will you need to change it?
i use a kmc ebike chain. Haven't needed to replace it yet and still not showing much wear. They are very strong

90km/h on a flat. Never measured fuel consumption. Its not light on fuel though.
