My late father would call that a backyard mechanic trick. For example, if you don't have the right size wrench to remove an oil filter, you can pound a Phillips screwdriver clean through the filter, then crank the filter off. Messy, but works like a champ.

Do you have a video showing how you did this modification, the decompression valve, pull start and centrifugal clutch. I'd like to do this on my minarelli build.

One of the reasons why you always keep after your fenders and chose a bike with generous lengths of chains/seatstays and fork blades. Locktite the bolts on anything added to a motorized bike, don't run excessively wide tires, keep your tires inflated properly and and your wheels trued. This isn't rocket science.

I suppose the the rest of us running the 48 cc engines are not in the clique. I'm OK with that.

Get a pressure gauge for the turbo and tune it up slightly. Upgrade the pistons, crankshaft, flywheel, head, and add a fuel pump if it doesn’t have one. You could generate a good 45 hp. You might have done it already, idk just a suggestion.

Are the crank bearings and clutch bearings the same?

Damn that's fast AF! I'm ready to start building my next one as soon as I get the money! Right now I have a Kikbike with a 29" front tire and a 12" rear one, and I want to put a rear suspension on it, new forks and figure out some way to mount the engine, wether it be electric or gas,at this point it really doesn't matter to me, I just wanna get back out there and ride! I used to have the first in frame gas tank bicycle frame they made, it only held about a quarter gallon of gas, but it was sturdy AF and I didn't have to worry about the frame cracking or breaking while I was riding it! I had a motor that I got from Ozark on it with a Makuni carb and a big Bertha pipe that was super loud, and a Sturmy Archer Generator/Drum break hub in the front wheel, and another drum break for the rear with a freewheel hub, and solid axle 14g spokes it. And the pipe made it so frickin loud, you know that my neighbors loved it,BRAP BRAP! 😂 But I was broke and I needed some quick cash for some bills and I had to sell her... 😭 I had over $1200 into it and I sold it for $400😢😤 And I've missed her ever since! Now I'm kinda getting the bug again and I'm ready to build a new one! Anyone have any recommendations for a custom engine builder? Thanks in advance! Ride bikes Keep it loud And fight evil!

Don't want to be the one to tell you, but it's not the paint. You went on way too heavy and unevenly, and your paint didn't adhere properly. Work on your surface prep, sand and clean thoroughly. Then apply very thin coats 2-5 minutes apart or when the previous coat feels tacky for best adhesion. It is not going to cover in your first few coats. It will look transparent. Don't overspray to try and make it look solid. Just let the paint do it's thing and be patient. After enough properly administered coats it will be fully covered. For even better results, let each coat dry enough to sand in between coats with a 220 grit and then clean the surface again. And again, thin and even coverage each coat. Overspray might look okay when it's wet, but after it dries and cures you'll end up with bad results like this bike frame.

i might be lucky with my avenger85 or not but stock one except the carb that i got i get 37mph on flat and with slight downhill my stock pipe that was modified cuz it was from chinese engine is making a slight back pressure and allows it to go 40mph now i will be putting big thick dirt bike banana pipe from yamaha hoping to reach atleast 50mph

So my go cart has a 420 chain the the torque converter kit i bought came with a sproket thats 40 41 so can i use the sproket with the 420 chain?
