Have any possibility to get Gen. Med or paed DNB in any one good instituitions like Gangaram New Delhi etc?

If u look into last year allotment. Could understand the possibilities .
According to that dnb is possible in Kerala . But if u wait till special stray md ms is possible. But risk is there
