Applications for Warrants being granted does not mean there is a Warrant. It means quite clearly the application has been granted. Not the Warrant itself. A notice of a Warrant is still a notice OF a Warrant. But not a Warrant. A copy of the Mona Lisa is not the Mona Lisa. The same goes for liability orders, warrants of any kind, writs and so on. Civil contempt Contempt of Court Reporting Restrictions, Civil contempt: ‘Civil contempt refers to conduct which is not in itself a crime, but which is punishable by the court in order to ensure that its orders are observed. Civil contempt is usually raised by one of the parties to the proceedings. Although the penalty for a civil contempt contains a punitive element, its primary purpose is coercion of compliance. We would further note that the use of force in a civil matter is a wilful and belligerent act of terrorism, and that the above Contempt of Court Reporting Restrictions prevent a Judge from holding a private individual in contempt in a civil matter. There it is. This is why there is NEVER a signed Writ of Control or Liability Order, Warrant of Entry OR Warrant of Arrest in a Civil Matter. They do not exist because a Judge cannot sign it. Now if they cannot sign it and has no such authority then neither does the Bailiff or Enforcement Officer or any prat at Eon. Fraud is taking place here and ignorance is no defence. @@jamesbevan7567 What would calling the court achieve?
@@sarahdent2600 1) the court manager would know, which warrants have been issued and not have been digitally issued, IE copied and pasted on any piece of modern day technology and then try to pass them off as genuine documents, 2) it's offence under the forgery and counterfeiting act of 1981.
bang on fella,This mark fella came to mine come across all arnie went away like charlie drake tride to be intimidating fu ked him off next tni g i got a letter off his boss telling me not to shout at there employees,
Does this mark go round the country supporting people being intimidated? Cause every neighborhood could do with this fella
Or are you referring to this scum on behalf of eon
What a bad image he is for eon.
Civil contempt
Contempt of Court Reporting Restrictions, Civil contempt: ‘Civil contempt refers to conduct which is not in itself a crime, but which is punishable by the court in order to ensure that its orders are observed.
The CEOs and Directors all know what they are doing and they using their minions to do the dirty work. They will not protect their minions when the proverbial hits the fan.
Yes, we are sure you establish what we mean and how we have managed to pick up on the clever play on words.
Use this to your advantage folks.
Keep it up brother, and as if he said your in his space when he walked up towards you!!! Hiding behind a camera he said 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Keep it up mate. Once you lose the fear it’s a snip. Keep your cool at all times.
Names and faces must be remembered. These bailiffs and any robotic supporting officers can be made to feel very uncomfortable in their communities 🤠 especially in places where they’re hoping to buy spit-free food.
Where do you get a copy of Case law
Great the way he gets the little leaches all frustrated. 😂
Corporation puppets, let’s hope they do there homework, with the seeds you gave to grow ,
Great video!! Shared and subbed...
‘mark from eon’ is a criminal corporate enabler without conscience.

Cadent cut my gas supply off to my house because i refused to pay for a gas meter that wasnt using gas because i have a 29kw log burner with back boiler they sniff for fresh gas in pipeworks
It’s not about feeling ashamed it’s about who is holding liability for the action, law!! He who makes claim holds burden of proof and liability 👍🏻
These all sound like Scousers. Why is a Birmingham court involved. How is the householder supposed to go down to Birmingham for a civil case. Why not Liverpool?
