    I met Stoudemire at a exhibition game in St.Louis against the Houston Rockets... He was so down to earth and cool as hell and he gave me his autograph I still have it and this was over 20 yrs ago it was a memory I'll never forget 🏀🏀🏀

    He is speaking facts. I was at the draft in 95..sitting in the newsbleeds booing him. We wanted Ed O'bannon! Man, a few months later Damon was leading the raps to a upset win over the 72-10 Bulls..that look down on ron harper was Coldz ROY. Those might mouse Billboards!!!! Much respect. Life long Raptors fan. Those 1st 4 picks. We hit on them all, we just didn't get to see them all play together. Damon, Camby, Tmac and Vince 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Damon was my guy from the time I was 10 until I graduated. When he came home to PDX that was like Christmas to me. Still have every one of his basketball cards I ever found in a special case.
    Edit after listening: how refreshing. Very insightful and intelligent and I am so glad he is doing well and I am rooting for him at Georgia Tech

      Real talk I finally got to meet Arthur Agee last yr in Chicago that meant the world to me that I got to share with him how that movie lit a fire under my soul and how my cousin and I would watch that movie so religiously until the tape popped that would be dope if they would put them on here.. because that movie had a huge impact on the basketball world🏀

    People sleep on Mighty Mouse! Dude was COLD AF back in the day. Didn't get all the shine like some other PGs, but everyone that knew basketball and followed the NBA respected his game and knew he was a problem when he played their team!
    Knuckleheads are my favorite hoops podcast, by far!

    I recall Brandon had some stellar seasons with The Cavs.

    I was in high school in downtown inner city Toronto when he played for the raps. we all idolized this guy. Got to meet him at a game. I remember it was raptors vs Washington bullets. My friends dad was the camera guy so we went on the court after the game and I met him and Oliver Miller. He was the nicest dude. I had his shoes too, they were dope asf.

    Mighty Mouse, I used to watch a lot of your games on tv when you were playing for Toronto. I even went to Skydome for a Raptors game to see you play. I was a big fan of yours. The original number 20 of the Toronto Raptors. Toronto loves you!

    I still got my signed Damon jersey from when blazers should have won the championship but got robbed by Kobe and crew in the west finals. Still my top PG to play for us.
    Damon and Darius I never got to say thank you for the things y’all did for us here in Portland. I also still got a headband that you gave me Darius and I appreciate u for bein a real one.

    36:46....People can love or hate Isiah Thomas, but him coming to Damon and getting him to sign off on a trade is different. That is something ONLY a player would have empathy for another. Its more than just players for players as business. Its about relationships and friendships. I can't imagine any other GM/ owner doing what Isiah did. Much respect.

    Favorite player growing up I remember watching him when I was ten. Some of my favorite moments as blazer fan were this guy. Nothing but love from Portland for him. Good to see him post NBA just as successful

    When I first started watching Knucleheads it was about 5 episodes before I knew that was Darius Miles. He was a kid the last time I looked at him. He was playing in Cleveland the last time I looked at him.

    When I heard Damon Stoudamire was hired to be head coach at Georgia Tech I was stunned that we got such a respected NBA coach to take over the program. I love listening to this man speak because he is real, he is genuine, he knows basketball, he is a teacher, and he has so much to share with young players. I am no expert but I can see when a team is maturing in front of my eyes and that’s what is happening both in the wins and losses. I’m all in with Coach Damon Stoudamire and I enjoyed this show and will definitely be watching your show moving forward.

      Bosh was in the 2003 draft...the other player mentioned were drafted from 1995 - 1998 and actually played together. Damon was traded just before Vince Carter came to the Raptors. But Bosh did play with Vince and Andre Bargnani from Italy much later.

    Mighty Mouse got 4 pts on 3/11 shooting, 9 assists, 6 turnovers and 4 personal fouls.

    My intro to basketball was through those early Raptors teams and I learned to play basketball by watching Damon. I had his jersey and I hated when he left but hearing his thoughts now of what could have been warms my heart. I still love him he’s a Raptor 4 life and Kyle wearing his jersey for the parade was so cool.

      @@Lakeshow82 early 00s Western Conference was so stacked back then, literally any of the top 7 teams can win it all LA, Dallas, Portland, Sacramento, San Antonio, Minnesota, and Jazz. Not just because of the star players of the teams but the depth quality of the bench of each of those rosters
