Freeze Man is probably my 2nd favorite Robot Master right behind Shadow Man,but man do I hate fighting him,he's definitely the one to fight first in MM7.

I mean Freeze Man does have mutual respect for Ice Man since he was the first ice based robot master,so Freeze Man probably lended Ice Man his theme song as a sign of respect(damn this feels like a whole damn explanation)

It's a remix of Freeze Man's theme, yes, but it is used for Ice Man in-game. Freeze Man has Gemini Man's theme instead of his own.
I've uploaded it as Ice Man's theme because it's used for him, not because it's a remix of his original theme. The music choices in the game are kind of messed up, anyway.
