But yeah like... some of the strongest people in One Piece don't have Devil Fruits. Garp, Shanks, Shank's *entire fucking crew,* Rayleigh, and any number of other high caliber fighters. I fully admit that the 'entire ocean animated as a monster' does have the potential to win in One Piece, but saying it's a wash is just kind of comical when for instance Luffy in Gear 5th would almost certainly just *drink* the monster to death.
Let’s be real, EOW washes the one piece verse but it’s true it’s way more fun theorising as to how the verse could win or at least put up a fight rather than powerscaling. (I think the admiral might be the most important, Kizaru as support, saving people from being blasted, Aokiji freezing would be most effective and Akainu might be able to help a bit by evaporating the water. Other than that, Kaido might be able to help on the evaporation, but I think most haki users lack firepower. Harp being able to blow up a neighbourhood in one punch just isn’t enough, though maybe it could weaken it along with mihawk, shanks and Rayleigh.

But considering the absolutely fantastical shit Vegapunk has cooked up on his island, you *really* think he couldn't cook up an 'instantly vaporize large amounts of water gun' that he could mass produce and hand out to the world?
I mean, the laser that does the soaking have over 3 KM diameters and over 10 KM length at the very least. That’s over 60 cubic kilometers. I’d say that each shot easily have volumes that can fill an entire lake and can instantly submerge a small island. And this thing shoot the laser like a machine gun so I don’t think OP verse doesn’t have any chance in the first place.

A Multi Continental+ creature that is virtually immune to and can regenerate from every attack and has endless ways of attacking and countering everything in a verse that maxes out at Continental. The One Punch Man villains would range from pretty powerful to extremely dangerous for most Shonen universes' casts of characters and the stability of their worlds including for One Piece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Seven Deadly Sins, and Bleach. As long as it is not something as ridiculous like Dragon Ball or The God of Highschool. Satori can even argue some of these Monster Association characters could be even stronger and more powerful then Multi Continental since he recently posted a scaling video talking about how the One Punch Man verse is stronger then you think and goes indepth abour certain topics and potential energy. So these guys likely have the capacity to harm and slay all the characters in the Invincible verse including the High Tiers like Battlebeast and Thragg. He has some scales for Boros and Comsic Fear Garou that does make them in a relative ball pack and tiers with Dragon Ball Z arcs like Saiyan and Namek Arcs.

If he uses with the ocean water of the one piece world he undeniably wins and it will be easy. I don't like saying that often but even normal evil ocean water is scaled to small planetary easily because he scales to or higher then orochi. One pieces world is way bigger then the opm world and is mostly oceans. His water jet attacks would literally be moon+ level or small planetary level in potentcy and beating him is literally impossible because of his size let alone the weakness of devil fruit users. I think the OPM earth is much bigger than the one piece earth. One piece of earth is only 4 times bigger than our earth and the OPM earth is 30 - 40 times bigger than our earth.

The thing is, Aokiji freezing it even completely only helps if it effects consciousness, but when the monster has a weird pseudo-conscience it wouldn’t do much, because it would gather moisture and melt the ice with pressure, Aokiji would literally have to freeze the entirety of the monster and keep actively freezing and get a stalemate at best.

Slight correction, DF users become weakened when aubmerged in ANY liquid, but it only really becomes noticible when above their knees. Soda, salt water, liquid uranium all weaken DF users. :)

Sage is around half the width of the Nimitz class super carrier, because half of his body covered a fourth of the ship. This means Sage is around 160 meters wide, which makes sense when we see characters on or near Sage, and when we saw buildings next to Sage when he was destroying the city, using multi story hight of buildings, you will get around the same measurement. Since the grand cannon was almost twice as wide as Sage, the cannon has a 300 meter range

Evil Ocean Water is a potential end of the world to almost any setting, or at least any that have characters that need water to live. Even in Dragon Ball, if he had already grown enough without someone catching on early enough to stop it, that's curtains for all life the planet, including the heroes. Although they could probably move to another planet.

Kuzan not being able to freeze Law's sub could definitely have changed by now in the story, as we know that Kuzan awakened his devil fruit during his ten day battler with Akainu on punk hazard. Despite this, we have seen characters such as Doflamingo and Garp break out of said ice with supposedly little difficulty (with haki).
the scaling for evil ocean water was good but the scaling for the one piece verse was kinda lackluster, while i agree that if EOW where to absorb the water of the world of one piece it would stomp but the scaling for the one piece characters is still out of wack for context aukiji froze from 1 island to another and tells the man that he can take a leisurely walk since it wil hold for atleast a week one piece characters have been light speed since post time skip with there even being argument for pre timeskip FTL, but the most concrete is in FMI where luffy dodges lazers from a pasifista after they where already and luffy has dwarved FMI luffy so much at this point its insane, kaido, big mom, the sweet comanders, the disaster trio and most post time skip villains are much faster then FTL and finally onigashima has been calculate to be the size of the moon and kaido was holding that shit up while running the gauntlet one piece verse would theoretically lose if it absorbed the whole ocean less and it would probably lose since we arent even talking about the non devil fruit users who would also need to be discussed cus its "one piece verse" not just all devil fruit users
I think even if it absorbed all of the ocean, the high tier haki users of the verse (yonko level +) could probably weaken it enough to contain it & defeat it. The devil fruit users are all getting clapped though unless high tier haki mastery can negate their weakness to seawater.
I'm pretty sure it's been said somewhere that the world of one piece is a lot larger than earth and it's also obviously massively more covered in water too, so just being in the one piece verse in the first place would probably massively buff it. Also, the strongest one piece characters are all very specifically powerless and defenceless against seawater, due to the effects of devil fruits, this matchup is a hard-counter.
One thing- fruits can 100% interact with sea water. Golden lion shiki moves water with his fruit, luffy makes the oceans rubbery and bouncy, aokiji freezes it and akainu burns it, the ocean doesnt nullify fruit powers it weakens fruit users themselves

He also straight moves water 2.in the manga, during egghead, when the giants arrive and save luffh and he activates gear 5 on their ship, the water archs and bends like rubber 3.We see the quake fruit affect it multiple times, we see the ice and magma fruit affect it multiple times, we see fruit abilities work just fine underwater such as luffys rubber abilities or Xander deckans mark fruit, we don't need to see specifically a fruit awakening of a paramecia convert water into something else, cause we see fairly certainly that devil fruits and their abilities don't magically stop working with salt water, the only affect water as a whole has on fruits is that if the user is submerged, they weaken until they can't do anything We even see people like sanjuan in water and be just fine, even when over halfway submerged. Hell, we even see that seastone isn't immune to fruits, or least things in contact with seastone aren't, whenever we see marine ships manipulated by devil fruits(like shikis fruit, again)
To add onto that, we see big moms homis interact with water just fine, both zues and prometheus rescue her from the ocean on 2 different occasions. Devil fruit abilities aren't impacted by salt water, devil fruit users are. It doesn't change that evil natural ocean clears tho
The thing is that Evil ocean water attacks way to fast for either of them to defeat him and also evil ocean water will keep growing till it has absorbed all the water on earth and there is no one that can one tap him in the one piece verse. Evil ocean water will just reform itself after getting evaporated and also it cannot be frozen as tested by child emperor. Evil ocean water will also take shiki out before it can do much of anything.

It could just be another basic power. That would mean btw that BB awakened it right after getting the fruit, which is unlikely. second, sry I need the specific chapter were we can see "hey, the seawater turned into rubber and he can use it like rubber" and not "cool, the waves are moving from the shockwaves". I feel like I would have read about an feat like that from Arthur (library of Ohara) also, visual details in the Shiki movie might just be filler they didn't gave too much thought into. Oda was not 100% involved in the story, he only contributed the characters and the general concept of the devil fruit. If he could move seawater like rubble why not use that as a weapon anyway?
EOW is a literal Kryptonite to OP verse considering Ocean is still the most dangerous element. And Assimilation ability of EOW might make him control liquid based abilities. Fuse EOW with the OP world ocean will be one of the most powerful water users in Anime
The attacks would in fact NOT touch logias, they have to be submerged for the weakness to take effect, AND Luffy is still streachy when underwater so afaik it's assumed that logias are still their element and therefore untochable

(Blitzed litterally means faster than Platinum S can even react) Monster Garou awakened was shot down by EOW. TWICE. Whitebeard can only shake a continent. Saitama's serious punch was strong enough to litterally leave a hole in deep space. And EOW litterally survived that punch.
Shanks conquerors haki is enough to put him down, it’s not about nervous system but it’s about your will and fighting spirit so I don’t even know why he brought that up in the first place.
I find this title misleading. One character vs a whole verse isn't supposed to mean that the whole verse is jumping that one character? You have just talked about the top tiers. What about a combination of every fishermen who are able to grab water like a curtain? Kuzan and Akainu are able to completely change the ecosystem of an entire island, why did you leave that? So a few things are wrong with this; 1. The "Water" Weakness has constantly been misinterpreted, even by official media sources like One Piece Film: Red where they just splashed Sea Water onto Luffy and he gets weak. That's entirely false. Oda has long since cleared this confusion by saying that the water has to be still and/or envelope them. Obviously the Grand Ocean Cannon would swallow them whole, but the sea itself does not counter their powers entirely. Akainu could just evaporate the Grand Ocean Cannon because it's still just... water. 2. The scaling. If I had a dollar for every scaler underestimating One Piece, I'd be rich. Luffy has several speed metas and you somehow ignored some of most relevant ones. From fighting Kuro who can move so fast you can't see him, to Foxy's Slow-Slow particles being radiation and therefore comparable to light, and then finally pre-time skip characters dodging literal lasers. Pick your poison of multipliers as well. I think the island Luffy was on had beasts that were 100 times stronger than him, and someone like Doflamingo was capable of matching Gear 2 in speed and even surpassing it in some instances. 3. Whitebeard's devil fruit power can literally destroy the world. You can take this one of two ways, but the Fleet Admiral at the time, Sengoku, was dead serious on it destroying the planet. Even the shockwaves traveling throughout the planet and causing mass destruction would at least be Multi-Continental to Moon Level in terms of energy, not necessarily planetary (I don't believe it's planetary myself, but it could be if you're generous). Akainu took an attack to his goddamn liver from an enraged Whitebeard (who was still sick), and still got up after the fact still pursuing Luffy. TL:DR; The scaling for One Piece is shit, especially with how much you left out.

But yeah like... some of the strongest people in One Piece don't have Devil Fruits. Garp, Shanks, Shank's *entire fucking crew,* Rayleigh, and any number of other high caliber fighters. I fully admit that the 'entire ocean animated as a monster' does have the potential to win in One Piece, but saying it's a wash is just kind of comical when for instance Luffy in Gear 5th would almost certainly just *drink* the monster to death.
Let’s be real, EOW washes the one piece verse but it’s true it’s way more fun theorising as to how the verse could win or at least put up a fight rather than powerscaling. (I think the admiral might be the most important, Kizaru as support, saving people from being blasted, Aokiji freezing would be most effective and Akainu might be able to help a bit by evaporating the water. Other than that, Kaido might be able to help on the evaporation, but I think most haki users lack firepower. Harp being able to blow up a neighbourhood in one punch just isn’t enough, though maybe it could weaken it along with mihawk, shanks and Rayleigh.

As a genuine question, what the hell does Evil Ocean Water do when its entire body is filled with enemies? Many of whom have Haki which allows them to punch intangible objects, not including the innate hydrokinetic abilities they have? What happens if Shirahoshi has *every Sea King in the Ocean* basically just file into its body and start thrashing around?
Not to mention the other Ancient Weapons. We've seen Uranus *annihilate* the kingdom of Lulusia in a single blast - islands in One Piece, especially those that can be considered Kingdoms, are fucking massive. Like roughly the size of Australia on average.
There is a weapon in One Piece that is capable of vaporizing an entire continent and that weapon is located in the sky far enough to be practically untouchable by anyone on the ground to the best of our current knowledge. That weapon, when sufficiently powered, can be used *over and over again* without consequence.
One Piece absolutely has means to take down the entire ocean - and I'm genuinely of the mind that's where the endgame of the series is going. The big bad antagonist at the end of the series is literally 'Umi' spelled backwards and *highly* resembles the Japanese youkai Umibozu which is a massive water spirit that drowns people.
Again - this is a fight that the evil ocean monster *can* win and absolutely has a huge advantage in. But considering the absolutely fantastical shit Vegapunk has cooked up on his island, you *really* think he couldn't cook up an 'instantly vaporize large amounts of water gun' that he could mass produce and hand out to the world?
I mean, the laser that does the soaking have over 3 KM diameters and over 10 KM length at the very least. That’s over 60 cubic kilometers. I’d say that each shot easily have volumes that can fill an entire lake and can instantly submerge a small island. And this thing shoot the laser like a machine gun so I don’t think OP verse doesn’t have any chance in the first place.

The One Punch Man villains would range from pretty powerful to extremely dangerous for most Shonen universes' casts of characters and the stability of their worlds including for One Piece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Seven Deadly Sins, and Bleach. So these guys likely have the capacity to harm and slay all the characters in the Invincible verse including the High Tiers like Battlebeast and Thragg.
He has some scales for Boros and Comsic Fear Garou that does make them in a relative ball pack and tiers with Dragon Ball Z arcs like Saiyan and Namek Arcs.

Garou's adaption is fast I recognize that and in his Cosmic Fear it's application did keep up with Saitama for a time but it's has it's relative limits and is limited by how much it can adapt at a time and where it starts slowing down. Consider this when you are powerscaling him and reflect on what the power gaps between each arc in Dragon Ball is and whether or not Comsic Fear Garou can close the distance in time and when would his adaption slow down depending how you scale him accurately.

When Aokji force that ocean, did so the people could walk on the ice to the next island which Aokji himself stated that the closest island was more than a 2 weeks walk away. In that same chapter and other chapters it’s been shown that Aokji can in fact flash freeze so he can perfectly do the same Evil Ocean Water. And there isn’t enough to back the claim that Evil Ocean Water cannot be frozen.
Big Mom can use Prometheus to vaporize Evil Ocean Water, Kaido could do the same with a wide scale Blast Breath most likely. Remember Big Mom can size and heat of Prometheus to a ridiculous degree.
Black Beard can use the Dark Dark Fruit to seal Evil Ocean Water in his black hole dimension, and given what we have seen the Quake Quake is capable of doing. It’s very possible that Black Beard can fight of Evil Ocean water.
The Five Elder Planets and Imu can simply uses the the Mother Flame weapon to vaporize Evil Ocean Water.
After seeing the Haki feats from characters like Garp and characters that we know are at that level like Shanks. I can see them actually fight off Evil Ocean Water. In fact if using Conqueror’s Haki the worst case scenario is that all they do is scare it off and the best case scenario is that they knock it unconscious. This should be the case as it was LITERALLY shown that Evil Ocean Water as is self aware and has consciousness, if it can sense Hostility than that is naturally survival instinct thus it can definitely be affected by Conquer’s Haki.
This also means that Big Mom’s soul stealing powers have a good chance of working. As all conscious beings are capable of feeling fear. Plus, Evil Ocean Water literally has working eyeballs so that must mean it must have a nerve system.
There is the case of Sugar’s Devil Fruit power where if she manages to touch Evil Ocean then it will turn into a toy under her control.
There are many ways that characters in the One Piece verse could actually deal with Evil Ocean Water.

As for the video, I agree, but I would say the grand ocean cannon is around 300 meters, not 3 kilometers. Sage is around half the width of the Nimitz class super carrier, because half of his body covered a fourth of the ship. This means Sage is around 160 meters wide, which makes sense when we see characters on or near Sage, and when we saw buildings next to Sage when he was destroying the city, using multi story hight of buildings, you will get around the same measurement.
Since the grand cannon was almost twice as wide as Sage, the cannon has a 300 meter range

Or rather: was there ever an instance were water was effected by an paramecia awakening? Did I missed something in the Doflamingo or Katakuri fights?

2.in the manga, during egghead, when the giants arrive and save luffh and he activates gear 5 on their ship, the water archs and bends like rubber
3.We see the quake fruit affect it multiple times, we see the ice and magma fruit affect it multiple times, we see fruit abilities work just fine underwater such as luffys rubber abilities or Xander deckans mark fruit, we don't need to see specifically a fruit awakening of a paramecia convert water into something else, cause we see fairly certainly that devil fruits and their abilities don't magically stop working with salt water, the only affect water as a whole has on fruits is that if the user is submerged, they weaken until they can't do anything
We even see people like sanjuan in water and be just fine, even when over halfway submerged. Hell, we even see that seastone isn't immune to fruits, or least things in contact with seastone aren't, whenever we see marine ships manipulated by devil fruits(like shikis fruit, again)
To add onto that, we see big moms homis interact with water just fine, both zues and prometheus rescue her from the ocean on 2 different occasions. Devil fruit abilities aren't impacted by salt water, devil fruit users are.
It doesn't change that evil natural ocean clears tho
The thing is that Evil ocean water attacks way to fast for either of them to defeat him and also evil ocean water will keep growing till it has absorbed all the water on earth and there is no one that can one tap him in the one piece verse. Evil ocean water will just reform itself after getting evaporated and also it cannot be frozen as tested by child emperor. Evil ocean water will also take shiki out before it can do much of anything.

for once: it was never said what we saw on marine ford was the awaknend tremor fruit. It could just be another basic power. That would mean btw that BB awakened it right after getting the fruit, which is unlikely.
second, sry I need the specific chapter were we can see "hey, the seawater turned into rubber and he can use it like rubber" and not "cool, the waves are moving from the shockwaves". I feel like I would have read about an feat like that from Arthur (library of Ohara)
also, visual details in the Shiki movie might just be filler they didn't gave too much thought into. Oda was not 100% involved in the story, he only contributed the characters and the general concept of the devil fruit. If he could move seawater like rubble why not use that as a weapon anyway?
EOW is a literal Kryptonite to OP verse considering Ocean is still the most dangerous element. And Assimilation ability of EOW might make him control liquid based abilities.

The attacks would in fact NOT touch logias, they have to be submerged for the weakness to take effect, AND Luffy is still streachy when underwater so afaik it's assumed that logias are still their element and therefore untochable

I find this title misleading. One character vs a whole verse isn't supposed to mean that the whole verse is jumping that one character? You have just talked about the top tiers. What about a combination of every fishermen who are able to grab water like a curtain? Kuzan and Akainu are able to completely change the ecosystem of an entire island, why did you leave that? Big Mom could in theory control Evil Ocean Water by injecting a lot of souls since, by your own words, it's not completely sentient. Giants too with a miriad of Hakokus. It's not fair to do one character vs a whole verse without taking account the possibilities in term of combinations. It's like Tenshinhan able to solo Bleach but leaving aside abilities like Visioanary, Death Dealing, Miracle, Balance, Antithesis,...

the size of saitma punch against evil ocean water is similar (if not smaller) than the size of the beam that imu used to destroy luluzia, so if aokiji freezes it (and he can just like in the long ring long land) it gives the lazer time to being activate, so is a win to one piece verse

This video is extremely disingenuous you used barely any one piece feats and then put every single high tier at country to continental and didn’t take into account that some high tiers are stronger than each other you didn’t even go into any one piece feats that would put one piece at a higher level and you even used a feat that is multi continental in ap and called it country to continental And you even tried to argue kuzan has a limit on freezing which has never been shown and it goes against the rules of a logia(ABD HE LITERALLY FROZE THE OCEAN) but your speed scaling was even worse you ignored the entire series and went straight to egghead even though as early as thriller bark in one piece kumas paw pads have stated to be light speed by multiple characters and zoro was easily dodging them while fatigued and injured and after the timeskip the same light beams that kizaru shoots are in the pacifista and luffy easily dodges multiple and calls them to slow which you ignored and even assumed kizaru can’t become faster one he has a light fruit and even in egghead there are multiple other feats of characters being way faster than light like sanji intercepting kizarus laser from halfway across egghead. This doesn’t even begin to cover all the wholes in your argument like evil ocean water not having a soul. Do more research next time

Thalassophobia in onepiece is an underrated as hell concept
So a few things are wrong with this;
1. The "Water" Weakness has constantly been misinterpreted, even by official media sources like One Piece Film: Red where they just splashed Sea Water onto Luffy and he gets weak. That's entirely false. Oda has long since cleared this confusion by saying that the water has to be still and/or envelope them. Obviously the Grand Ocean Cannon would swallow them whole, but the sea itself does not counter their powers entirely. Akainu could just evaporate the Grand Ocean Cannon because it's still just... water.
2. The scaling. If I had a dollar for every scaler underestimating One Piece, I'd be rich. Luffy has several speed metas and you somehow ignored some of most relevant ones. From fighting Kuro who can move so fast you can't see him, to Foxy's Slow-Slow particles being radiation and therefore comparable to light, and then finally pre-time skip characters dodging literal lasers. Pick your poison of multipliers as well. I think the island Luffy was on had beasts that were 100 times stronger than him, and someone like Doflamingo was capable of matching Gear 2 in speed and even surpassing it in some instances.
3. Whitebeard's devil fruit power can literally destroy the world. You can take this one of two ways, but the Fleet Admiral at the time, Sengoku, was dead serious on it destroying the planet. Even the shockwaves traveling throughout the planet and causing mass destruction would at least be Multi-Continental to Moon Level in terms of energy, not necessarily planetary (I don't believe it's planetary myself, but it could be if you're generous). Akainu took an attack to his goddamn liver from an enraged Whitebeard (who was still sick), and still got up after the fact still pursuing Luffy.
TL:DR; The scaling for One Piece is shit, especially with how much you left out.
Don't forget that Evil Oceanic Water can react to insanely fast attacks and if she sense killing intent, she will attac.

Aokiji got this, The distance to the horizon in op is stated to be 30 miles, aokiji froze the ocean, in long ring Long Island which was calced at 90 miles, as fo depth in marineford the ice chunk Jozu ripped off was calced at 254 meters which still isn’t enough, but a couple of spams here and there and the fact that it wouldn’t work on a freeze man 😂10 days of stamina should def be enough.
