You definitely could! At first, I started out with literally only using PowerPoint for the basis of my Local on the 8s. Then it eventually got to a mixture of PowerPoint and video editing with the assets that I obtained, now being mostly video editing and some PowerPoint. There is a place I believe you can download the PowerPoint base of the Intellistars to get started. From this community post here: ruclips.net/user/postUgkxGnQ64luxtbLOatJhQ-PMxxAAyA5zEUL- As for the narrations I'm not sure where I first found them, I think somewhere in some TWC weather forums if you search on Google, or maybe someone on RUclips is also providing them.
@@desatate1143 tysm!! I will definitely look hard for the narrations bc they are heavily copyrighted and hard to find bc I have looked before to no avail
@@desatate1143 unfortunately no, the closest I got in the past and right now is a forum that archived the narrations from a wake up with al app back in 2010 saying that it was royalty free
I'm loving your channel variation, If I could make good quality intellistars too I def would!
