- This week we are speaking to Justin Roy he is the admin for the Noah's Army Facebook page and he has a personal connection to this story that he wants to share. You won't want to miss what he has to say and what he thinks happened.
Thank you Justin Roy for being diligent in Noah’s case. I heard about Noah just over two months ago and have been following his case ever since. Please know that you, his family and true friends have people around the world that will not stop until #JusticeForNoahPresgrove is achieved!
It seems this case is plagued by lies and inconsistencies. Keep sharing his story until justice is served.

This is a good guy doing this for Noah, keep up the good work. Good on you Partners in true crime keep the light shinning on this. Truth has a way of coming out eventually.
I do not understand how the homeowner hasn't at least been charged with underage drinking. There are enough videos for these charges. A Misdemeanor with a $300-$500 crime per charge. Give Noah's family something. LE has to stand up for something.

I don't understand why there have been absolutely NO arrests yet.
Speak out or be complicit in the cover up. Someone will talk eventually and those staying silent won't escape accountability forever.
Why hasn't there been a press conference about this case? In my opinion it's time for the community to come together and call for accountability.
Let's ask the chief of police because that's a great question and why isn't the friends and friends family being searched, evidence is probably long gone
@WOWCAT22 Because once FBI and OBI took over this case they figured it all out. I think they are still waiting for some scientific genealogy or tests to come back. The LE will not release any information until there is a conviction and still the evidence with probably be protected under a Gag order to protect the Jury Selection without Bias.

Even IF it was a hit by car scenario, the cops should have closed off the scene as it was STILL A CRIME!
Keep fighting for answers. And he is right. Being hit by a semi, at a high rate of speed, will have body parts flung all over.
This is a horrendous case. The injuries that Noah suffered are absolutely horrific and their is so much suspicion about this case.
My heart and condolences go out to his family and I sincerely hope they get the truth and get justice for Noah really soon.

I first heard this case yesterday on a different channel & I knew from the beginning (I could see it in my head) that Noah was beaten. I feel strongly that there was two or more ppl involved. I'm not understanding why the "experts" aren't getting it. I hope this family finds justice. Just so sad.
What accident?! Comeon now, everyone has seen the autopsy report. He was clearly beaten up! This was a beating that was triggered by rage...Jack is somehow involved..Yes he was placed there... He was internally decapitated, he was placed into that position that felt remorse ( FBI profiling) he wouldn't have placed himself into that position, he was paralyzed.

@@Robsav-yx6viAgreed. I read the autopsy report, and at least some of his injuries seem most likely due to being dragged on asphalt (being pinned and dragged under a semi, or other type of large vehicle).
Also camera footage can be dug up even after deleting, there’s no way just that day the cameras didn’t work they’re lying and just deleted them covering for themselves

The family need to request a second autopsy if they feel that “falling from a moving vehicle” will not bring them peace. The police is not interviewing people at the party because the autopsy is speaking and saying it was not a beating. The police will close this case with manner of death, cause of death and the rest will become cold case! Justin Roy is a great dad!!
Falling from what "moving vehicle"?
Hopefully FBI gets involved. They have new technology that can tell them where a vehicle went, when the doors opened, and so on. If the vehicle in newer. They used it in a Colorado case recently.

I live in Australia, Australian born. I watch a lot of YT videos, and I came across Noah’s story. I was very saddened, and very devastated to what happened to Noah. I have been following Noah’s case for three months now. I believe 100% it wasn’t a hit or run. Daelan saw there was no sign of a hit and run at all. I believe Kaeden. I have put In some theories on different videos that might of happened to Noah.
What’s so ridiculous to me is.
Shorts don’t fly off you when you still have shoes on? Shorts don’t change colours? If someone going to factory reset on their phones, they are definitely hiding something or someone?
Between Tyler finding Noah to Kaeden seeing Noah, it’s so obvious Noah’s BDY was tampered by someone, thereafter Kaeden had seen Noah. This definitely was a cover up. The culprits that did this didn’t want Kaeden to see who it was, and what they were going to do? Noah’s mix match golf clubs were missing?
Kaeden said that he saw golf clubs on a junk pile on CN property behind his house, and one golf club was bent. I believe that golf club was used on Noah. That golf club was one of Noah’s. One of my big theories was that JN and two to three other friends went looking for Noah. They came across Noah walking on the side of the dirt road. With fueled rage, anger and jealousy JN attacked Noah, the other friends helped. One of Noah’s golf clubs was used to strike Noah. With so much built up anger JN swung really hard, that’s what caused the blunt force injuries on Noah’s head. Maybe JN was trying to stop Noah from going any further until he had it out with Noah. This was definitely done by built up rage, and that morning all that built up rage JN had it all came to ahead.
I will keep following Noah’s case and keep watching videos on RUclips for information, and updates. I Hope that one day soon the truth will come out. JUSTICE FOR NOAH 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Poor Kaden...imagine waking up in a frantic moment and cannot find the shoe you were wearing, to seeing your friend dead friend wearing the missing shoe. That would be shivering to me. Where is Noah's other Adidas ? Was it ever found?
I don't believe a word him or his mom say's..ask her about her beating down an 18 senor from that high school at one of them parking lot parties.. They are not as good of people as you think
How can we try to get FBI involved. Police need help or don't care to solve this case. This is awful. Imagine it was your kid. FBI should investigate this.
The FBI has to be invited into the investigation by the local agency conducting the investigation.
Never give up keep his story going. Go to justice for Katie Palmer it has taken her family 4 years but they have made progress.
I heard they sold that ranger atv. That’s not sketchy or anything.
They also sold two trucks that were owned by Jack at the time. Several months after I do believe. Also, they currently have a boar up for sale.

Are you aware that the Casino handed over their Camera Footage into evidence? The Casino owner said it did not pick up the video of the ATV because the cameras faced the Casino and parking lot. But the cameras did pick up the Audio of the ATV. They didn't give a time or if it picked up any conversation, but it did pick up the Audio. So that is interesting
Thats a negative. Those cameras outside don't have audio.
@joc9549 They were handed over to Authorities as Audio Evidence. So yes . They actually do. These camera like most all surveillance videos have audio video input. Whoever you asked , wasn't honest in their answer. Sorry

No one is asking why the black shorts were removed? Because of the evidence on them...and cops just let whoever removed them at the scene go? Its a sad joke

Noahs relative said he drove home and showered Sun AM and slept, got a ride back at 5, I assume that would be 5pm.
I definitely think jack is a suspect and have since the beginning! I feel like they put Kaden shoe on him to make it look like Kaden had something to do with it definitely jack, Isaac and the other kid Kaden said switched spots during the early mirning
If you cant get a warrent for a party house contributing to underage that led to a dead kid, or warrent for Native land, advise kids at home and schools not to party on Native land post signs on fence line for kids can see they headed into private Native land to party with who knows what, BS.

Noah took a shower Sunday morning when he letft and then took a nap Noah returned to the party close to 5 pm on Sunday evening that is why most the sharpies was gone.
The cops don’t want the public to know what they know. This is not horribly unusual.
Did the detectives ever bother to have CSI spray the home or shed etc with luminal? They seriously dropped the ball. Sounds like one of the guilty individuals has an in with the cops. The lack of appropriate investigative procedures that seem to be standing out like a sore thumb coupled with all the fishy events (wiped phones, etc) and missing clubs (may be in party guests' scrap heap), makes their local police look like a bunch of corrupt morons.

The homeowner of the party did not want a dead child investigation on their property with the underage drinking. This is why Noah was washed off. You cannot be covered in grass and soil ( that could be sampled and connected to the property.) Then laid on pavement with that debris on you. They washed him off deceased to lay him clean on the road. The other question I have is that the mother of the birthday girl told Noah's Grandma that Noah also was hitting on her also, hitting on her and her daughter( the birthday girl) I wonder if maybe that Mom took Noah up on that siesta in her bed, and the birthday girl or Jack walked in on it and in a jealous rage beat him up with the golf clubs? Because keeping silent makes sense to cover the birthday girl and her Mom. Blood splatter cannot be bleached away or repainted away. I am very shocked that this party house isn't still a part of this crime scene investigation. LE should have the residents of that house moved out and the property and the house should investigated with those infrared lights that detect blood and Cadaver dogs could still probably pick up the scent of the blood loss on the property. One chipped tooth in the dirt 9 years old a Cadaver dog could pick up that scent
Those kids will one day regret deleting those memories with Noah from their phones.
Maybe folded shorts was because they did not have time to put them on Noah when they took his black shorts maybe they seen a cop rolling up or someone so they had to leave folded shorts there. Why no arrests yet for anything ? Why not just a fight a black eye? Why brutal beating to death ? Someone took there time with him perhaps out numbered Noah because they could not beat him one on one inless he didnt see a golf club or butt of a shot gun comeing for back of his head or Noah was afraid of hitting a cop? Why denied a search that morning ? Why denied a search warrent when someone else could of been hurt or dead on property or held against their will, Maybe Noah tryed to stand up for someone , and got chased or out numbered...BS no arrests yet . NATIVE LAND OR NOT. THE KiD WANTED TO BE A SOLDIER FOR YOUR COUNTRY, I RECOMEND PI DAVID MARSHBURM IF HE NOT RETIRED. Check him out on NBC video, and Dateline episode of Kellie Borduex case, he solved case when cops could not a missing army blond girl age 23, he was watching news and knew the guy was lieing talking to reporter the guy last known to see her at bar. Two online accounts state the police folded and moved those shorts, tho they were not on him.
I am shocked that those teenagers had another party the weekend after NOAH was found murdered. What kind of friends are these people that was so disrespectful and I cannot believe the parents of these teenagers Let them do this.

I think if LE or FBI didn't question everybody at the party might be because they have all the information they need. And a factory reset will only reset your mobil. It does not erase the storage used from your provider. The Provider, ATT / Verizon etc has everything in the data and Google Storage etc. I've seen cases where FBI could still pick up restored phone photos and messages and phone pings
Sometime on Saturday night, there might've happened an altercation with Noah, most probably motivated by something related to the birthday girl that was hosting the party or Jack's girlfriend, or even something that Noah might've witnessed that pissed them off and made him a threat. Noah was then taken to the barn, with closed door, where he was beaten up to death by this group of guys, in a brutal an coward assault, using golf clubs. JACK, MIKEY, and BRAYLIN and probably another one of the guys, with the help of CALEB NEWTON (who by the way was seeing late at night at this party, having sex with one of the minor girls). It's clear that early morning on Sunday, after their alcoholic rage rampant, they covered up their mess by dumping Noah's lifeless body, all beaten up, on the side of the road, making up this story of him being runover by a semi truck. Of course they were supported by the incompetent corrupt Arkansas local police, who most probably were directed by Caleb Newton, and received bribes collected from the parents of the minors involved in this incident to cover up their sons gruesome murder. Pretty clear who are the ones directly involved by now. WHERE IS THE FBI??? #justicefornoahpresgrove
I find it hard to believe that Jack and other teenagers would’ve came up with the idea to make it look like a hit and run. They were all drunk immature teenagers.. They most likely would’ve panicked and tried hiding noah rather than making a fake scenario..Also they woulda only had about two hours to come with hit and run idea from 3-5..They were hammered and that’s a very well thought out idea in my opinion..I highly doubt a hammered 18 year old would’ve thought of that..I think yur right something happened the day before or something and Caleb along with other adults planned this whole scenario and did this to Noah..The property owner and Caleb are top suspects to me. Given the fact Caleb killed a 7 year old girl in the past in a boating accident while he was intoxicated..He was drunk driving a boat and hit her with the propeller and he didn’t see a day of jail…Idk how that’s even possible makes me sick..I’m from a small farm town the same size as Noahs.. And for 5-8 years the sheriff was running a prostitution ring all the deputies were in on it and court officials.. Small towns are often extremely corrupt and protect eachother..
So if OHP thought it was suspicious, then why was the party house or property not searched? And why was homicide ruled out?
That man under the name of CN is a very dangerous psychopath(otherwise he would act responsibly & deliver his son to the authorities)that won't skip killing his own son if he turns against him, so his getting under the covers is perfectly understandable
Im not even capping if I bought my 19 year old brother Alcohol then it lead to the death of one of his friends i’d never forgive myself and I’d 100% hold myself accountable by turning myself in..Those adults and parents make me sick..We are all trying to figure out what happened to noah and honestly everyone that supplied alcohol to minors are part of who killed noah you should be ashamed..Instead of being upset about noah’s death yur all worried about hiding beer to keep your self out of trouble.. You should be in trouble like wtf..You helped kill a kid.. This type of stuff is EXACTLY WHY ALCHOL IS ILLEGAL FOR MINORS.. What’s sickening is the week after noah died they supplied them with alcohol again obviously no remorse or guilt.. Belong in a cage…Maybe not for life but I’d be happy if y’all got 3-5 years in prison and probation for 10 years so can’t be around alcohol…
Many people buy underage kids alcohol & don't think twice about it. Probably especially if they are close in age.
By, immediately, claiming it to be a hit and run, LE buys time to clean up evidence and for any wounds on the perp(s) to heal before the truth of a murder is discovered. Another thing: Was there ever any REAL search for the driver and damaged vehicle that possibly "hit" Noah?
Hey Rob & Cindy.. Y’all are so appreciated and the same for Justin! Any human with empathy and compassion and a warrior of Justice are a blessing. I am a Mom of 2 adult kids since 1991 from GA. & a MiMi for 2 years now. My heart hurts for Noah and his family. Nobody should have to die that way or lose someone that way!!

Is it entirely possible NP was hit by semi, fell under semi and pinned, and was dragged? I realize there was no vehicle debris on roadway, but I still wouldn't rule out the possibility (stranger things have happened). Not every collision will follow a certain set of expectations every time (i.e., there HAS to be debris or skid marks in roadway, etc.). I would be more inclined to rule out probable scenarios before speculating on possible scenarios. Witness inconsistencies don't necessarily imply foul play. They were intoxicated. I would expect a certain degree of inconsistencies anyway. I don't know, I wasn't there. Just wondering.
His left knuckles, left ribs and left back were the most evident injuries in the photos, apparently from the rollover. Right knuckles also, so perhaps he was holding handlebars? One hand was still wet blud in the pics.

Isn’t it kinda clear that this crime stems from the Birthday girl, Avery. Noah burned her bad. I’m sure she was embarrassed and upset. To be honest, I’m not sure why she expected to take her pick on who she’d have sex with. Noah wasn’t a male stud. I get the raging hormones. But, Noah wasn’t a call boy. I think Avery got some guys to defend her honor and beat up Noah. He wasn’t supposed to die. But, somewhere things got outta hand and went way too far. If there was some jealousy and resentment within the group of guys regarding Noah, pent up anger can surface during a fight.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to get at about Noah. His family considered him a ladies man.
First thing to note. "I know Noah, I know that isn't what happened, he's too athletic". If you weren't there to witness the situation then it's not credible enough to take seriously. That's the problem with thus case. Everyone that wasn't there has ideas and everyone that was there is silent. Remember this. People do weird things. People go missing under circumstances we'd never believe in a million years that was how it happened but it did.
Yeah, I get your point. Bad choice of wording he used. However, all evidence or the lack thereof shows not a vehicle strike. No vehicle parts on scene! Also, cameras did not pick up any vehicles!

Ive watched a few of your videos and one thing I've noticed yall do quite a bit, is you ask the same question multiple times in a slightly different way each time, and to me... Its as if you're trying to trip ppl up... Like you're trying to gauge their reliability. And its really rubbing me the wrong way because it's also suggestive and leading.

Yes, he had 2. He had just gotten the new one after he got paid that Friday before his death. One, was at his grandmother's house, and the other was at the either scene or the party house! Also, he got paid cash and his wallet has never been found.
What was actuall time line ? I read 3am shower was later changed to 330 am shower, a 341am missing post, jack Texas a friend saying Noah was dead at 4am Kaden says at 515am jack runs in house saying Noah's dead, but the 911 call was at 553am ? Years ago partying with bikers, gangs, streetwise ,career criminals, my mother was highway patrol uncle a career felon hanging with these crowds I would hear how they would say joking and sometimes not joking, storys of doing prison time how they got caught ect this is what I heard most of them saying..regarding missing person or someone found dead, they said : oh he or she never showed up, oh he or she left walking or got a ride , oh he was my BEST FRIEND no problems, she left with a new guy, left mad left drunk . Not everyone was questioned. One boy had to contact law enforcement multiple times before they finally allowed him to come in and speak about his account. Also, FBI is assisting, basically doing what OSBI asks them to do. This is why the FBI has not questioned anyone. Personally in my opinion the FBI needs to take over and do their own information!
