I can't believe you didn't mention the importance of zinc in lack of smell. I'm 62 and since I was in my late teens early 20s I couldn't smell shi*. I ask countless doctors over the years who didn't have a clue as to why. A few years ago I watch a video on the importance of zinc to fight colds because my 27 Year old daughter would get a lot of colds all through the year. I started giving her zinc and she hasn't had a cold in at least four years. I also take zinc, at first 30 mg which helped my sense of smell a lot and then I increased it to 50 mg and now I can smell everything I've been missing which can be a blessing and a curse 😂 btw never lost my sense of taste because food has always tasted good or bad based on what I like and it didn't taste any better or worse once I got a better sense of smell.

In 2016 I lost all my sense of smell. I was sent to an ears nose throat specialist. I had tests done including a CT scan on sinus's and nose. There wasn't any sinus infection or palup, but my left nostril is crooked and not from a broken nose. Specialist said it isn't fron crooked nostril but most likely an infection without symptoms which is rare and may never get my sense of smell back. For 5 years now I can only smell things that are very strong.

While I'm enjoying your videos, I find the hand clap at the start to be annoying. I usually listen with earbuds and try to remember to lower the volume, but I sometimes forget. The action adds no value. I know you're unlikely to change this for one person, but just FYI, in case you get this feedback from others. I do appreciate the content.
