I never took any test with a swab and didn’t even have a bad case. One day with a fever than back up. Too many kids to take care of. No jab either but lost my taste and smell for T least 2 years. A little is coming back. Very frustrating!

    Excellent! Thank you.
First, for a month or so, it was anosmia; then it was parosmia (four months of periodic poop odor followed with about six months of wafting smoke odor); then hyposmia (smell of red meats, like pork or beef being cooked, totally disgusting); now getting back to normal and wondering about deleterious effects of whatever will be prompted by the next vaccines and variants.

This was exactly the same as our patient Lyn - she couldn't stand the smell of cooked meat! How has this been for you Randy, have the improvements remained?

@@drjamie_drjudith Thank you for inquiring. Most red meats (beef and pork) still smell disgusting when being cooked. Chicken and turkey are okay. I don't eat much meat anymore. And I am NOT vaxxed!
      Take care and be well.

Isn't vitamin A needed as well?

Maybe all the shoving of the swab into the olefactory areas has destroyed these senses.

That was the beat long covid video I watched since I got anosmia 1 year ago.
I tried zinc and it helped a little. But still no major effects.
I am allergy to Polen. Can this be a cause that I am not doing better. Thank you.

Long covid is a disease of everything. Flush covid out with ivermectin with some fatty food, then take some nattokinase to remove any remnant of spike protein. Eat fermented food such as Kim chi to repair gut biome.

Thank you for the feedback! It is always difficult to say why you may not be getting results as we take a very detailed history with our patients to understand what is maintaining the issues with them.. However, in our experience the problem/inflammation will persist despite trying various supplements and solutions to bring it down when underlying things which are triggering the immune system haven't been addressed. The fact you are getting allergy symptoms suggests there is increased immune reactivity occurring - it may be that you are just allergic, but it is often another sign that your immune system to too 'switched on' and sensitive rather than it being the cause of your anosmia. Things that will do this are typically food sensitivities, imbalances in the gut microbiome, toxins... Hope that helps :) we will release a video soon on a client's long covid case whose main issue was anosmia and go into this in more detail so stay tuned!

wondering if healthcare providers are throwing glucocorticoid steroids at these patients; I, for one, would not take them
