Whitefish are at the campfire to the right, go there with a kayak and throw a narrow spoon. PS. If you want to catch a big pike, go to Saint-Croix and fish in the weeds with live bait (tons of uniques). It's a really good way to make money, much better than white moose.
The trick is to not drop down the anchor. You can easily catch even the biggest muskies that way, and fast too. I got the Golem with a 10kg rod setup in 10 seconds.
Love how they are still trying to make ot more realistic love the fact they have added the pike biting through the leader make ot realistic as nobody's in real life is dumb enough to fish for pike within a wire trace.
i amm now bank rupt in the game after spending 5 irl months chasing the small mouth buffalo from buying all recomended gear and stuff but still cannot catch it

Nah, Golem lure. So many trophy pike and muskie that i can easily make 80k per 1 day license.

Use carbon(flouro carbon) leaders as strong as your main line for predator fishing:pike,bass,etc.
