Hello Paul, i use Pegler quarter turn valves usually, and PCL XF quick couplings. My gauges arent so great, so no good recommendations for that, I just have cheapos.
Good luck, for intermittent use (say an impact gun) your aldi one might do the job, I noticed a huge improvement with a bigger bore hose. For continuous use tools such as sanders, they use a lot of air.

Great video. I have an Aldi one only 24lts and I just realised its too small for air tools. Thants a nice shirt what make is it?
