The Dartmoor was so much fun to knit! I too was going to make it a vest, but ended up putting the sleeves on. It's pretty bulky so I need to find skinny jeans to wear it with. I also saw Yan's Dartmoor in person as she had Aimee of La Bien Aimee visit her store for a meet-and-greet brunch and shopping event! I drove over from the Jersey Shore and it was so worth the trip!
Oh! Maybe I will run into you at forever yarn sometime! I can’t wait to get back there… We so enjoyed driving down the Jersey shore and spending some time in Cape May! Happy knitting friend!🩷
Hi friend! Just had to let you know I ordered the ciel bag. Spoke with the maker and she’s was like “ I don’t know what’s going on but we’ve had a huge demand for this bag this month!” Ahahahahaha! You influencer!

Love your podcasts! I’m curious about your trout needlepoint project. Do you do the cross stitch or just the slanted (regular?) stitch. You’ve inspired me to try something new 🩷
Hi!!! yes you do cross stitch but the entire canvas is covered. Dot unlike how you leave the background or other parts empty when you’re actually cross stitching. The Elizabeth Bradley kids absolutely lovely and the quality is incredible. Thanks for stopping by Sue! 🩷🩷🩷

Awe Ashley! Nothing better than what you are currently doing! Wear that chocolate and those smudges with pride. They are your badge of honor!!! I remember when my kids were young someone told me “hold on tight! This ride is fast!” And it totally is. Enjoy every minute. And yes! I think the Fanny pack is here for a bit!!!🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷hugs.

I got really excited about the button! I went straight to English Amazon. I thought it would be the kit😢😢😢 it was just the button and it takes 6 months to get here(by ship?)….also no needle point…..where do I find the lovely sunflower, please ? I would love a whole kit…does it exist?… love your channel, from rainy England! X less excited, Fin 😢

Oh so sorry! The button cover can be covered with anything! Even knitting!😎 but you can use fabric or needlepoint too. My sister charted that out but I will look around for something similar. 🩷🩷🩷

Well that was wonderful. I love when I see your face pop up 😆 oh plant yarns are always so trying!! It’s funny we are so hard on our makes and it’s not noticeable at all. Can’t even see the white mohair change 💪🏻 love the tee, elevated basics 🥰 that’s the area I’m finally going to head down. I love knitting the interesting but reach for the basics when I get dressed 😣 so I’ve given away ½ my wardrobe and will frog some where I want the yarn and have more fun again. More clothes than I need but my soul needs to create so….. 🤭😬😂 thanks for sharing, Karen 😘
Oh Karen I soooooo hear ya!!! I am drawn to the fun and interesting pieces but that is just not how I dress. I have tried to be more mindful in the past few years and really think of a piece I’ll be worn! I bet whoever you have your gorgeous knits to was over the moon!!! You do such amazing work!!!!🩷🩷🩷
I needle point as well. My avatar is one I have unfinished. 8 have to take the mouth out and redo it. Its so bad. I am an ex art instructor so I’ve done many types of media. Some are favorites Fiber has been a forever joy. I also make Temari Balks. They are fabulous. Macram, cross point a tad too. Embroidery is awesome. I like embroidering on my knits sometimes too. Love your Moon Set Tee. Lovely color. I'm currently knitting the Anker Tee on US2 needles with Rowan Summerlite 4ply 100% cotton. It's lovely but it takes forever! Great to see you back again. Love your podcasts.

An all over cable sweater was my very first sweater I knitted 17 yrs ago and I just knit an all over cardigan by Marie Greene called Fiadh. Cables aren't as difficult as they look. Thanks Leslie, always nice to see you and what you are up to whenever you get a chance. Summers are short on the Atlantic Coast so you need to enjoy them while you can🥰🇨🇦Sharon.

The tee is lovely and I really appreciate that I am not the only one that has serious doubts about my WIPs only to find that when I finish they are OK. Love the Dartmoor. I always thought the sleeves too big - never thought of seaming the sides. 😊. And that bag!!! With the needlepoint button. Chefs kiss. 😘 always great to hear from you. ❤❤

I love the idea of the fanny pack knitting bag! I traveled recently, and missed my knitting, but I didn’t know for sure what the airport would accept..and I didn’t want My ChiaoGoo needles taken from me . Nice to see your face 😊 your current whip looks like a sweater my Mom made me years ago. I still wear it..same color yarn too. So beautiful ! Be Well Leslie.
Hi! The only place I have ever had. My needles taken away was exiting Mexico! Traveling into the United States. And in the US, I have never had an issue. They never even look at them. As a matter of fact, No one has looked at them for a long time! in any country! I’m not sure I would know what to do traveling and not knitting!🤣😂 happy knitting friend! Thanks for visiting!🩷

I have made The Best Friend Butterfly Blanket for a first time mom and loved making it. Especially because it is so easy to take care of for mom/baby.

I love all your knits but have to say that the grey color or the moonset T is a horrible color for you! It washes you out. Stick to your cool colors-very few people look good in grey. Stick to ur colors
