This is a nice feature but can become even more important if the input/output dropdown fonts were listed in the colors that are assigned instead of the white or yellow font color that's being used now.
So is there no way to quickly match the colors of the input tabs with the color of the tracks they belong to? For example, if I create an aux track and assign a color to it, and then select the input of that track, the color of the input won't automatically become the same as its track? I still have to go to I/O setup to do that after the fact, or am I missing something? Would probably make the session creating process a little quicker, assuming not everyone will take the time to create a template with it all set up already and only use that one from there on out. As It stands, it is not a very quick process at all trying to match all the the inputs to their track colors, especially not being able to scroll to see more tracks while the I/O setup window is open, having to close it every couple selections to be able to scroll further down my session to view the next batch of track colors. The process has been pretty clunky so far that's why I feel like I must be missing something, but I'm not finding anymore info pertaining to this. If you guys could elaborate on how to navigate this feature that would be great.
English is a wide a diverse language, and besides the other way of pronouncing route isn’t always a great thing to say :-) I stand by my accent and pronunciation ;-)

@avid.protools Can we get this feature (2024.6)?
Is it works only in Ultimate sub? I have PT Studio and i cant do this
Should work on both Ultimate and Studio on the latest versions. May we know what version of Pro Tools Studio you're currently on? Latest is 2023.12
Can an Audio Post session like this one be made available as a template within Pro Tools, or a demo session?
we need more colours now!
