Quick clarification corner! La Cañada (pronounced ken-YAH-dah) is actually a city about 30 minutes outside of LA. It's a lot closer to Pasadena, CA. Likewise, the border of Pasadena and La Cañada is where JPL is- basically NASA's laboratory and west coast field center. It is a gorgeous place- lots of mountains and canyons! Definitely a more affluent area though, so take "smallest house we could find" with a grain of salt :)

yesss 7 Things and GNO are SUCH bops. My takeaway is I’m just gonna be listening to Hannah Montana/early Miley songs for the next while. God bless the work you’re doing.

I remember Miley loving vintage celebrities kids her age don't know about was one of her quirks. Even on the Hannah Montana show. It's funny how that's part of this book too. Fun fact her first boyfriend was a Willie Nelson doll when she was 2 years old...

I remember nothing from this book, but I did read it in middle school on a family road trip to like Georgia or somewhere I don't recall, but I think that's the only way to truly experience this book.

Also, I really think Miley’s best song during Hannah Montana days was party in the USA. I still rock to that song a decade later😂

Tom Felton was weird to write about his "life story" at 35 but Miley writing about her life story at 15 somehow tracks. I didn't know why. It just does.
