Thank you so much ! That means a lot to me 💕. I don’t even think twice about it. It comes out naturally. Going to the store to ask if they’re hiring is a great thing to do actually! It shows you’re interested also you get the latest news about their hiring and about the store in general. Do both apply online and In store.

It’s a pretty fun environment not gonna lie season times the best time to work as well they do lots of things like wearing rain deer ears and changing our smocks to the Christmas theme. Just a cool environment-however every store is different. I wish you the best love 💜

No love that’s not a stupid question at alll ! Yes their POS system is pretty up to date so once you press in the amount they’ve given you it tell you how much to give bck. Don’t worry girl you got this 🤞🏽🤞🏽

I have an interview on the 10th I’m hopping they are flexible because I can work mornings since I have to get my kids off the bus after school and I believe I’m on the floor or that’s no such thing
Honestly I wouldn’t walk in the interview mentioning that. I know it sounds a bit messed up but bath and body works wants reliable open availability. Get the job first the mention your time and avail after. Trust me
i really want this place to be my first job, do you think going in and applying in person might help? i heard that they can hire without experience, but prefer not to :(( i've been a bbw fanatic for a while so i def know a lot about their products and whatnot, i've just never had a job before😭 i really wanna do my best so they'll take me in!

I applied to BBW with no retail sales experience and got the job! it’ll be WAY easier if you apply with experience with their products though, I applied and they put me on the spot to Sell Them a Product and I nailed it cause they asked me to sell my favorite scent 😂 it could be different for location though

Hi I recently start work there what are some advice to give me on the floor ? Like how do I know which scents does which products
I say be yourself. The more comfortable you are at just being you the better chance you’ll find a rhythm that works for you. Don’t try to do or say what everyone else says or does because it may not work for you. (Unless the rules lol) If you’ve ever done retail you know customer service is key. As far as products take a tour around your store. I say find a few scents that you like and do product knowledge on those. For me I’d automatically say okay if there age ranges are from 15-25 they may like fruity or fresh scents. Like id find ways to sell bcus I know my store schedules people who work harder more often. Idk about other stores you know. But I hope you find something and make it stick. You got this love 🙏🏽🤞🏽

Is there a certain dress code regarding piercings or anything
I just got hired on and at my location they are fine with piercings. Tattoos can show as long as they aren’t offensive, hair dye is also fine. You have to wear white up top and dark, (not black or grey) non distressed/ripped denim.
The dress code at my store is white button up or gingham shit with blue jeans dark blue or light doesn’t matter but has to be no rips. They prefer flats or lace less sneakers.

@@anonymous-mt9zx the interview is not hard. They just ask you simple questions. They also are going to make you try and sell them a perfume. It’s just pretend but I had applied to be a sales associate so my job was selling the perfume and other stuff. I got hired on the spot. The only problem was scheduling. I was still in high school at the time so if you don’t have a open schedule, they’re not going to schedule you a lot of days. The discount was nice and every couple months or so you get free items from a new scents for the season.
