I remember some sources saying that series regular Hank Azaria supplied Leon Kompowsky's real voice, while others said Michael Jackson himself actually provided a deep gravelly voice for Leon's true voice (as he was surprisingly good at mimicking voices.) I'm guessing it's likely Michael did Leon's real speaking voice, but when Leon was singing "Happy Birthday, Lisa" in his real voice when walking off at the end, Hank Azaria did the singing (since Michael was already not singing in the episode anyways, with Kipp Lennon providing the Michael-esque singing voice heard here.)
