There’s a difference between knowing the path and walking it
Well... its a big indicator when a self proclaimed enlightened being says the words "I guess". You can't judge him though, if you never experienced the shift enlightenment brings... bc most don't even know what it REALLY is... then u could mistaken the sensation you get from noticing sycronicities as feelings that could indicate a possible change occurred. Deepak is sitting right next to him, syncing with his vibration to get a feel for where he is actually vibrating at & not what he is claiming. BTW... A truly spiritually awake being does recognize another when interacting & can see through all the layers below. Clairvoyance.
If ur wondering if Lizard people are enlightened beings, alien or ur mother in law... don't worry... what that really is was something left for enlightened beings to see. Clues are left within movies, shows, art, etc. to leave helpful hints an enlightened being would totally understand. Using media... the very thing that was invented to separate, control, & distract people from having the time to being able to wake up... their weapon then gets used against them. Operating in different layers of perception makes enlightened energy hard to recognize & can come off as threatening in appearance & vibes depending on the Ego interpreting the room. You must be a chameleon when working in & out of marginally different frequencies. Get it?lol
I think Deepak Chopra hit the nail on the head when he said the guy sees glimpses of enlightenment. There is another comment on this video that references a quote from the matrix when Morphius tells Neo that there’s a difference between knowing the path and walking it. I think the guy probably understands the truth intellectually but he has yet to implement it into his life.
That fact that people believe in guys like Chopra means that there are some gullible people out there.
This is how I would imagine a bad trip to feel like: A loop within a loop of crazy people advising crazy people, whilst calling themselves sane, who are indistinguishable from the patient being advised by the doctor, on a show, for crazy people pretending to be doctors, who are not in fact doctors…
Enlightened person won't need to say that he's Enlightened rather others will come to know who are in search of enlightenment

Enlightenment is a very serious topic in hinduism. If you achieve enlightenment, you are freed from the circle of rebirth and become one with the cosmos. It hurts when westerners misinterpret enlightenment as intelligence...

The words "enlightenment" and "saved" create competition among humans, who desire to be "leaders." I prefer to believe that the universe always existed naturally ... no creator involved.

Alek is definitely not harmless. A few days ago he killed a young couple by running a red light going between 80-100 mph in my city. Many believe he could have been going through a manic episode, which led to this great tragedy that’s rocked my town. I wish his could’ve gotten the help he very obviously needed.

He/Alex is in transition, which they call "Crazy", Some people don't go about Enlightened in the same way as others. Some are "Shown, Some find it by accident, some ask for it". This is kind of embarrassing. So, basically if you're enlightened, that should be reflected in your jobs, family, career, personal relationships, etc. That makes no sense for two main reasons. Just one of which would be the question of why would the state of your relation to your boss or parent or brother be a factor? People don't like you more or treat you better necessarily if you become enlightened; in fact, people will probably think you're weird and crazy, and then treat you worse if not outright eschew you. Seems like a "fake enlightenment" standpoint to me. It's the idea that nothing can be done right unless done pro-sociall. If it can't be integrated into a duplicitous marketing strategy of how to be a more functional "everyone else", then it can't be sold to everyone. I mean, didn't even the Buddha abandon his newborn and devote most of his life to being what modern people would call a bum? You don't get wisdom being a worker bee or devoted social drone following the tribe.
Mind you, you also don't become enlightened by just dropping out. But upon the moment you do become enlightened you most likely will feel like dropping out, and you're probably not going to concern yourself with workaday distractions like being a better employee (that is just depressing to hear, but what else to expect from a guy with bejeweled glasses on national TV), or more socially normative.
Basically, Deepak is just an Oprah or Phil with an Indian twist. He's a diehard consumerist, and patently values money more than anything of spirit or actual substance. His goal is to put everyone down who encroaches on his self-assumed throne of "guru", so that he won't feel challenged in his corner of the market. And his corner of the market is being a guy that is mass-marketable for anybody looking to buy books or give money to a stereotypically-talking Indian "guru" looking to make a profit.

"Sources" about enlightenment, after all, are predominantly made by the kinds of people I'm criticizing. Form your own opinion. Deepak chapra doesn't know the jhanas so I'd be hard pressed to call him adequate spiritual council to this guy. He is clearly in the stage of Arising and Passing, which entails meditative ecstasy and some amount of self-realization. Chapra canonized enlightenment as a final attainment which it is not. Enlightenment, needing revealing, is reflected in the quality of the dream and its resolution as a seed is to a sprout. One is no less the other. This is an abusive, humiliating, devastating form of spiritual counseling and is worthy of being shunned. Psychiatric abuse at its finest. Hopefully this guy can find a suitable guide if he is so interested in Enlightenment. What motive or compulsion he has is entirely besides the point. Absolutely gut-wrenching.

Same thing happen to Buddha, many paths one truth. How can one that's enlighted judge. He may just need a true guru to polarize. Bipolarism is natural. We all r bipolar part of yin and yang. This whole cosmic plane is bipolar. The Spirt plane is unexplainable some call it love some call it truth, Cosmic blizz, Electric love because you who body feels like it has electricity running through it. You can't sleep can't eat hear voices, and only think of God. Beautiful and smart people seem to have it easier, but can still be blindsided by karma Being physically and mentally abused for long period time 25 years is hard to get over. Turning off our minds is a defense mechanism that protects from hurting ourselves or others. When we continue not to want and learn to love unconditionally and completely forget about hurting we become God. The government is concerned because they are causing alot this mental illnesses to try to control the people and its not working. Lable me and Nagate me. If you abuse people they will become crazier. When one is stuck between love and hate its not cool. Surrendering everything to God, and leaving society for a time is way better than physical hurting people, It's not easy being two places at once. Be indifferent to want makes no difference. It's not recommended in some hindi societies to even start a spiritual path, until you're completely done with everything this world has to offer otherwise you end up out of lust and your partner won't understand you anymore. Whats be given cant be taken back. It really hard to be around materiallistic people that cry about what they dont have all day and wants you to do everything for them when your already doing it.. Yoga makes a person unbreakable. Stick with it and you will change minds and hearts. It's really hard to tell what to do when your in a bad realationship and there's child's involved. You should diff hang out with the top crop people if this is not possible do not drive them away but drive the evil from them. This body has seen dreams come truly very next day. I meet Ganapati in a dream after reading the Gita and worshiping Shiva with all my heart. Ganapati pulled something out of my body. You cant change a person thats seen this kind of things. I'm truley grateful with nothing, now anything is possible.
