Any value u stick too for 42 min or focus ur awareness or attention 2 will stay w u for the day ie it is peace that wd b so for the day till ur awake, make it stick to ur body then start ur day ❤️❤️❤️ that was the significance of meditation or prayer but practice it for that one cycle till ur able 2 find peace or gratitude emanating fm ur self then go and become that for the day✌️❤️

As a person that struggles with immense anxiety, while watching this, I haven’t felt this sense of peace in a very long time. I started to cry because it’s a feeling of peace I’ve missed for years. I don’t know what it was exactly? I think it was the quotes that really got me, and how, no matter what we are going through that we must continue to be grateful regardless. Anyone that struggles with anxiety knows what it feels like not to be able to take a full breath from your diaphragm. Something happened, and I can breathe deeply now. A connection happened and I feel at peace. Namaste 🙏
Happy to hear that! Maybe you should watch what you’re engaging into. If watching this can put you easy peace, I think other things can have the opposite effect on you. I also felt like this was a breath of fresh air and I think for me it was to see the patience and acceptance of the moment Deepak brought with him. You know what they say, the eye of the tornado is always the safest point. When anxiety is your tornado then you will always be safe within your body and soul. Right now I have this image in mind, where I see the storm raging outside but you’re still with closed eyes and no fear of the storm, then it will not affect you and eventually go away. I guess what I‘m thinking of is the fear of fear and there the answer on bravery fits.
With regular practice of pranayam. You can overcome fear n anxiety

What I respect about Deepak is that he doesn't retreat from the Worldly responsibiliies, in other words he doesn't go in hiding and just focus on Spiritual only, he has a good balance between the World and Spirit. Everything in the Universe is in equilibrium.

Ellen seemed more open, receptive and authentic in this episode that I've ever seen her. I hope Deepak answered some questions that help her move in a very positive, creative, healthy direction as she leaves the show and goes forward in her life.

He's a very learned man, and there's an air of humility about him that I admire most.

Hindus and buddhist tend to understand spirituality more than the other "they shall not be named" religion.
That's because the so called Hinduism and Buddhism were never meant to be a religion in the first place. In fact the so called Tibetan Buddhism was started by a yogi or a mystic who was from Pakistan.🤗

This person speaks with such calmness and confidence at the same time. in fact, time itself becomes an illusion when you embrace the ideas of Deepak. That's what quantum consciousness is all about, space and time applied to genetic codes to heal, slow aging etc.

Anyway the OP said 'seemed', and I'm also stressing on that, maybe Ellen is always like that, or she is stressed as it's one of her last shows, we'll never know.
Jealousy has nothing to do with gender. Jealous as in a human of the female persuasion has her own successful show & interviews A list celebrities. She has empathy & cares about humans,animals & the planet.
@@marisagarcia1022 Maybe, but not everyone wants to be famous, and meet celebrities. It's rather a shallow life in my point of view, there are many interesting people in all walks of life. I just met a person who is the assistant of the assistant of a surveyor, and we got talking about stuff like fights between family members for inheritance, and he started talking about ego, I think I can get the same pleasure by talking to a common man or woman, as Ellen gets from interviewing Depp or Jolie. Hope that makes sense.
