I'd love to see the surface with grass/sand mix sprinkled in under the part of the sandy beach that has trees. As if the foliage blocks sand from fully taking over. Would also break things up, more detail.

Congratulations on 100K So well deserved!! Love how the waterfront looks!! Was thinking maybe some trams or underground metro would be nice as well as some underground parking so people can shop etc. and go to beach. Keeps it looking lovely but provides a service for visitors. Loved the detailing 🤩 Very proud for you to hit 100K!!
It would be cool to see the whole coast developed with sections of more dense town like you just made divided by stretches of low density suburbs (although not spaced out since lots of people want to live by the beach)
16:49 it doesn't make sense for the left turn on to the freeway to be 2 lanes once the merge right lane breaks off. Cars probably use it but it looks weird. Can just be single lane each way.

Koh Khai needs a luxurious rural resort beach area with large dunes between the resorts and the beach. Maybe even some invisible roads on the beach itself.
Loving the custom outdoor gym, unexpected highlight of the episode! I could see the former landfill being left as a green gap with little else built on it due to the ground pollution which might help make the end of this build and the start of the next

Looks like you have some shadowglitches (noticed in on roundabouts). If you put your shadowsettings to low (i think?) They go away. You loose a slight bit of shadow, but also loose the glitch :)
Absolutely stunning. Boy I wish cs2 would drop another asset patch or whatever for more building types skyscrapers and signature buildings. Become very eye appeasing just need the city uniqueness for skyscrapers and building types. Do wish you pushed sand more into water though.
Hey loving this build! One thing i noticed was at the river delta. You decreased the depth rapidly at the mouth. In reality, the area would be an expansive shallow build out from the river sediments. That would look cool and could add a cool contrast to the beach area.
Love the video, that path next to the Highway is dangerous tho, in real life you would see trees or something inbetween to prevent cars from crashing into the pedestrians
