The V8 Defender is great, but I'd think twice about anything off the pavement with the larger wheels/thinner tires. I like the smaller wheels for versatility sake, but you can't get the larger brakes with them. Still a great vehicle with the HSE version. What has been your collected experiences regarding reliability now that it's been out for a few years?
I've said it a thousand times the trx has more power than advertised they've only been Dyno'd with the front drive shaft disassembled isnt that pointless when at any other time it's in all time 4wd just some insight
Please if you decided to bring the Jeep 392 which you have mentioned that you will bring a car that not supercharged against V8 Defender, make sure to press “OFF Road Plus” mode on jeep 392 to avoid delay shifting that will effect the racing 1/4 miles by using manual shifting. Just put on regular Drive mode and press “OFF Road Plus” it will shift automatically faster then manual shifting. If you are not comfortable with traction control OFF, you can turn it ON while using it “.
That intro was tedious..... My prediction is TRX wins (unless in the wrong mode, or wrong driver lol).. It has a lot more hp to reach higher speeds, especially after launch.. Yup, I was right lol
