@@Loveoldies50 If you're going to bag the grass there is a block in the back that you need to take out to allow the grass to go into the bag. But if you are not bagging it needs to be in to keep the grass from flying out the back and hitting you. You'll see it when you lift the big flap in back. I prefer not to bag the grass or mulch it. I throw it out the side. Easier on the motor IMO. Especially if you are mowing thick or high grass. I've had my mower for a few months now and I've found it does not like it when it's wet. It will clog almost immediately. Just use some common sense with this mower, and remember, it doesn't have the power of a gasoline mower.

Help, I have this lawnmower but no matter what I do I cannot screw the handle tight enough where it stays straight and it just keeps folding back down
Pretty disappointing review. No real grass to cut on, and the actual usage of the lawnmower was fast forwarded.

Thank you for showing how to put on the bag and side discharge. Also, thanks for showing how to turn on the blade and the wheels. You didn't mention setting the height. In the video, it looks like you're mowing dirt. No green color. Your grass needs help. But, your video was helpful to me, and I thank you for it. When I read instruction, I’m always afraid I missed something. I like to be shown how to do things.

For how many hours you charge it ?
Should just need extension cord and plug into lawnmower to charge. Having to remove batteries to recharge one at a time is just "clunky" and poor customer experience. Bad design overall, but hopefully they can improve.
It takes one battery, one battery reserve spot,one battery runs it
Not sure why I can’t get mine started. I guess I have the wrong battery.
Correct it only pulls energy from one battery
