@@GomeowCreations Oh thats going to be EPIC!! cannot wait!! I LOVE seeing different shapes come together for ring bands. I want to try and do one with two bands and then try to add some curved wire (kind of like filigree but not so intricate) to see if it would work. Kind of like adding "s-clasp" shapes around the inside of the two bands if that makes sense 😄

I just love your videos! Your work is always so nice and clean and your videos so easy to follow and thorough. Thank you so much for sharing your tremendous talent & skill. I’m rather new to metalsmithing, I’m self-taught (although more accurately, I’m “RUclips”taught, which includes you and many others) so thank you 🙏🏼. So, I’m a bit confused as to why you soldered the bars a 2nd time using easy solder (when the rings were still separate) as we had just soldered them, and then cleaned in the pickle. Ive watched the video all the way through multiple times but I’m still unclear as to why we do that step. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve learned so much from you. Thanks again!
    Kindly, Andrea

Thanks for the math! This sort of art is a big influence for me because I've leaned toward metaphysical crystals since my frontal lobe contusion that took most of my education, so then a book on smithing will be a focus, but simple things like what you just explained that other people haven't even mentioned would be a little confusing being that it hadn't been mentioned yet. I expect this will be a life long learning experience. I want to make tensor coils wire wrap jewelry, fusing the wires or soldering them together, for the infinite loop effect, keeping the crystals clean of bad energy. I wonder, then, if these magnetic wires that are used in the tensor coils as part of the new orgonite styles with sacred geometry that I've become interested in could be used as part of the crystal wire wraps to create the effect without the resins?! Something to think about!

Yeah I get they you can cut out the inside parts from and ring but you would still have to solder a ring together to make the base ring right? I'm not saying you can't do this but it's just that it's not very practical 😅
