Indeed... it ain't easy to be that funny, that many times, in one video. The whole resale value schtick hit a bit too close to the jewels for many of us who like to carry and use expensive knives. He even worked in "Swish" Bowie.

Would have probably sold a shitload of them at $250 area instead of a limited supply at $450. But who knows, I'm sure they thought it over before setting the price. No way and hell am I dropping $450 though.

The spyderco fan boys and girls and the safe queen collectors(nothing at all wrong with either of these) and the scalpers(everything wrong with them fuck them) have probably messed themselves watching this good job. Also this is why I don’t buy expensive knifes the two most expensive knifes I own is a bugout and cold steel American lawman great performers and less than $150 much less.

With mustard, less is more. The blade will patina where the mustard isn't. It's the vinegar that causes the patina. It may have something to do with the vinegar being exposed to oxygen, but I'm not sure.

Heheheee... love how you treat re-sael value. Got a Shaman in Z-wear, changed the edge profile and dyed the scales blue... it totally weirds me out that people buy knives as investments. Sure, if you don't like it sell it again, but buying for the secundary market is weird.

For the retail price it should have better scale to blade length ratio, internal milling in the scales, a lock bar insert, lock bar over travel stop, milled pocket clip, better backspacer or standoffs, better Spydie Hole access from the lockbar side as it's easier for lefties to Spydie flick. This design is like nearly a decade out of date. Just my opinion though.

Great content Brotha 👊 2 things that really make me love this, and probably make some cringe is that you actually used a "collectable" knife, and 2 you soaked it in WD-40 I use WD for everything and everytime I mention it someone has to tell me that it's toxic, and causes cancer, and blah,blah,blah. I use WD to stop bug bites from itching ( try it it works great, and WD is not gonna kill you)

I'm pretty sure the resale value of that knife increased during every step due to the fact that it was fondled and deflowered by Pete. Knife lab certification is definitely a +$100 value add. Even in the certificate is made in MSpaint

The xhp version is better than the m390 version. Wait until you try 61-62rc Spyderco USA m390. Or Reate secondary hardening m390.
I wouldn't buy m390 from most of the factories that Spyderco uses, just Spyderco USA. Just not worth it. The pricing is so bad. The value is not there.
