    Dear Sir...Thanks a lot at the outset for your videos..i have been watching this 31 days series..have a stent in heart plus gas bloating issue because of aspiring tablet and also joint pain (ithink related to gas). I am 56 male. but i do walking and yoga and as such I am fit..i have planned to to apanavayu mudra for heart and vayu mudra for gas and joint pain..but do not know like when to do...can i do it during day time also when I am working..means sometimes I get little breaks of 15 minutes or so..can I do both one after the other without gap? please help

    Hello sir, I have a doubt, all panja boodha mudra (excluding vayu mudra,) like Varun prithvi, akash, this mudras finger touch in to tip of the thumb finger, but why should in vayu mudra only folding the index finger

    Namaskar - from the point of view of a spiritual practitioner - there are 5 major Vayus - how does this effect them ? - what would be the mecanics of them individually?

      Namaskar. Practicing any of the 5 vayu mudras increases/decreases that vayu depending on vardhaka (increasing) or nashaka (decreasing) variant employed.

    Sitting longer periods practicing mudras is now posing the risk of inviting piles problem. It is in my own case. What to do my son?

      Mudras require 15 mins only. We sit in sedentary positions longer than that on an average. As a thumb rule, if you feel it aggravates any existing issue, dont do

    Sir good evening.Could you be kind to show the type of mudra that can be done for prostate problems., ie BPH.I am aged 78 and such mudra could benefit especially older persons.Thank you.

      For the cure of prostate enlargement, kindly do “Prithvi Mudra”also known as Agni-shamak mudra or Prithvi-vardhak mudra. 35 to 45 minutes of regular practice is enough to get good results. You can do it anytime or in any place, early morning best. If you are overweight, avoid this mudra. The practice of this mudra is useful to increase earth element and decrease fire element within your body.

    This mudra is very good but people say it should not be done for more than a month. Can we do it always just to remain healthy

      It may increase air, excess of anything is not good

      @@SujitSukumaran Thanks a lot Sir for all your Videos on Mudras. They are Informative and precise. I have issues of excess Vata in body and as such do this on 20 min daily. Vayu Mudra releases excess Vayu or Air from the body. But here you say it increases air. Please reply. I recently have some issue with Cervical Spondolysis and resultant dizziness due to it. Vayu Mudra is very good for that also. Please tell whether Vayu Mudra reduces excess Air element or increases it.

    🙏 Sir, all the mudras, and your video, does not address people with -.
    1.Bed Ridden people - who will have a complicated digestive, joints related issues, including permanent help with cleaning.
    2. People with replacement of hips and joints.
    3. People with complicated varicose, attero, or PAD problems.
    What you are doing is great, but for a normal HUMAN.
