dave ain't smart enough to self reflect and improve. he makes ad hominem attacks against his criticizers and detractors and since he doesn't seem capable of recognizing that then he will continue to fail.
That subtle chewing sound effect, added to the camera head tracing when he's taking a sip from his canteen, caught me off-guard and got me burst into laughing. I needed that. Thank you.
On another note, all talk streams are a smsrt plan for him, sooner than later he's going to be able to replace himself with an AI, turn on the stream in the morning then just phone it in.

That's a new kind of self report. He's basically saying that his audience is full of bots and larpers waiting for gifted memberships and not renewing them like how anyone that's gifted a membership can.
Which shows they don't care about the content he puts out and there's no tangible benefit to being a member on his channel aside from chatting.

It’s very telling that for BG3, he made 165 before gameplay and made zero dollars during gameplay. So either his dents know that someone is gonna tip him a 100 and don’t donate. Or that it’s one dent telling him to play BG3 and they’ll tip him a 100, so he forces it on all his dents for the money

Phil is a business owner who wants the benefits of an employee (stability, predictability, few decisions to make) but still demands the respect of a CEO. He reminds me of those trainwreck restaurant owners that have ran their business into the ground. Same story.
Atlus, you forgot about tiny detail: Talking whilst playing the game at the same time still requires sharp mind and attention to detail.
If DSP was genuinely able of doing that, he wouldn't be so handheld by his dents.

If you've ever watched DSP play DOOM Eternal, you'd realize quickly that he literally cannot do multiple things at once. He either stands still and shoots, or runs around the arena. It's the reason why he was so awful at that game as it requires movement and shooting simultaneously. Despite what Phil may believe, I think he's legitimately disabled mentally in some way; he cannot problem solve or improvise at even the level of a small child.

Only DSP would admit he failed to adapt all those years ago but spin that as a positive now that he figured it out only now and again he always thinks I’m extremes. Adapting to him means being that shill he seems convinced successful people are. He clearly doesn’t understand people and success for that matter.
But this is his same song and dance. Whine and complain things aren’t working. Ask for solutions. Reject those solutions. Repeat. He wants the magic button that just gives him money.
Also I know you’ve put this in a lot of your videos but I love the Fallout style pop up and sound when he takes a drink. Big ups for those little changes.
I think that DSP has never faced much challenge in his life. Not a groundbreaking idea in itself, but that is probably what leads him to be so whiny. He's never challenged himself to do anything so the smallest of setbacks or struggles leads to him complaining like he's moving mountains instead of shopping and DoorDashing on his day off.
