- A House panel voted Thursday to advance a resolution holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.

He has nothingt to worry about. What little Congress does moves at a snails pace. Judging how long it took for Congress to drop the ball with Mayorkas, Merrick will be retired before Congress gets around to hearing this complaint.
Garland will be 'retired' next January 20th, and his retirement won't exempt him from criminal contempt charges.
How about play the entirety of the tapes on cnbc or msnbc and then the republicans can’t chop it for political reasons as the dems say

My only gripe with Merrick Garland (and it’s a big one) is that he didn’t arrest Trump for January 6th the day he got out of office. As soon as he set foot in Florida Trump should have been jailed for inciting an insurrection and also jailed for stealing classified documents and possibly selling them to foreign powers like Saudi Arabia. How else would Jarod get a $2 billion deal for having no experience in investing ( he lost a ton of money in New York real estate and was bailed out by Qatar).
