This I legit the best motorcycle youtuber ever. Super informative. Humble, and fun! I've wanted a video of changing a dyna motor out since forever and I think you're the first to actually show the process!
Hey Andy! Came here from Saddle Tramp. Great video brother. Just wanted to let y'all know, that as I was catching up on y'all's videos my son he's 5, just thought that Santa on a chopper was the coolest thing ever man. We enjoy y'all's contant. Awesome way to spend father and son time watching y'all's videos man. Ride safe brother 🤙
Gosh. That’s awesome. Thanks for checking out the channel. Thanks for sharing it with your kid. I’m working on being better about cursing so it can be a kid friendly show!
Playing with big blocks aye mate? haha i liked the camera position and the time lapses, allows for a longer vid but mainly good watching all you are doing. Dont worry about the subtitles, they were perfect and easy to read. Cant wait for pt2. Party on andy, party on.
Thanks man. Trying to actually show a little work as opposed to just standing and talking. Haha. I have a hard time managing the camera and the motorcycle work at the same time ha
I was just sitting here watching the video and eating Taco Bell. After hearing the end of this video. I had to put that last taco down. I gotta be better dude.
I bought a twin cam dyna. Wish me luck ! My next bike will be a sportster and ill build a chopper because of you I love your channel man make more videos !
Can I do this with a m8 engine? I'm not a fan of the Softail frame and wanna put it in either a dyna low rider, fat bob, or fxr frame. Great 114, and if not Softail night train, for Softail family it's already in
honestly i'm not sure. i haven't every messed with an m8. i'm sure there's some googling you can do to figure out with an older frame would accept the M8 motor. at first guess, i'd say there would have to be some modification to the frame/mounts to make it work.
love paul such good dude and that bike was sick when he had it so random watching your videos and seeing that bike and saw you shout him out i was like wtf
My first Harley is a 2005 sportster XL 1200 custom I bought 3 years ago. then a 2008 FLHTCUI And a 1995 FXDWG. That is the one I need to pull the engine on. Crankshaft rod bearings. the Sportster is a great bike. Other than the Vacuum control fuel valve which is no more trouble free.
Good job on removing the ole twin cam motor, we all have to start some where. Keep up the awesome video’s and ride safe my friend👍. Looking forward to watching your next video 🇺🇸🇺🇸
New subscriber here I watch you all on Saddle tramps video the other night good video looking forward to more I love working on my motorcycles I have a chopper to it's a 79 Shovelhead on a 06 Softail aftermarket frame a 93 Wide Glide and a 1987 Evo Sportster the has a hammer Performance Kit in it did party on
SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN RESPONSE. I'M NOT REALLY ACTIVE ON HERE MUCH ANYMORE. THANKS FOR THE TIP. I'M NOT REALLY MUCH OF A TEACHER. JUST BEING GOOFY REALLY.
I just got a new M8 Street Bob and i’m annoyed with how much more bullshit there is to do every time you want to change or do anything. Makes me really thankful for how simple the sportster work has always been.
Nice work. How many real hours did the year down take? Honestly you helped me out with this video. I have a primary job to do on my Twin Cam coming up and it clarified a couple of questions I had. Keep being the best you possible.
Man, with the top end of the motor and other parts already off the bike when it came in, I didn’t have a whole lot of time pulling it out. Probably a couple hours. Someone could do it faster I’m sure but I was figuring it out as I go.
@@PARTYONFOREVER Actually that doesn't sound too bad. It appeared pretty quick for you, but I thought I'd ask in case it was more the magic of editing.
Dude....the socket to get that that primary is as big as a Buick...I was thinking about a Speed Kings chain conversation on my Dyna but taking out a second mortgage to buy that is not worth it LOL
Been using Head and Shoulders on my beard for years, and a thin oil that I work in deep to the chin. If that doesn't work, just switch it up to a white shirt, and nobody will notice. Also, don't diet, buy a dirt bike, lost 30lbs in 1 year.
@@PARTYONFOREVER I wonder if it's a food thing. My sister had eczema all over her body, stopped eating dairy, and it cleared up in months. Maybe try a vitamin E oil instead of a specific beard oil. Now I'm just throwing out guesses. Uncle just crashed his '89 sportster last weekend (he's ok), said he's going to give it to me as a project!!! Woooohoooo
@@PARTYONFOREVER I used to work in dermatology. Let the H&S sit on your skin for 15-20min every day for two weeks. It takes time for the ingredients to work on your skin.
Hi every body. Just a lil knowledge drop. An engine is run on combustion and a motor is run on electricity. A kitchen blender has a motor. Your Harley has an engine. In fact your Harley engine has a motor. lol imagine I made a video on how to build a door and in the video I built a window. would I be dumb?

Thanks man. I appreciate that. Just having a good time in my garage! I’m stoked you’re getting some value out of it my dude!
@@PARTYONFOREVER Quick question, once you take the motor out, what keeps the transmission and swingarm/wheel ect in place? Thanks!

Thanks man. I appreciate the encouragement and support.
Ok, I gotta share this to a brother that needs this done to his bike. Thanks, great video.
Hope you're bud's bike is back up and running.

Dude. I get it. I had a calzone tonight. I shouldn’t have. But I did. Always gotta do better. Let’s do better tomorrow.
Good to see you're getting that motor done! That's a bad ass looking bike!
Slowly but surely. I spend too much time dicking around on my phone. Ha
@@PARTYONFOREVER The struggle is real trying to stay focused!

Favorite video so far. Showed how it came apart but didn’t dwell too much. 👍🏽
Thanks man. TRYING to get better about showing the work and not just a bunch of talking. I’m bad at that part haha.
I don't typically like, subscribe, or comment but you're pretty awesome. Thank you for the work you do!
Well hell, thanks man. I feel honored.
Good shit dude👍 it really is exciting to learn things!

Hey Saddle Tramp. Hope y'all doing well with the misses. Can't wait for y'all's garage to be done and hoping to see some chopper build video's. 🤙
