    I'm going to get a pull-up bar soon but in the mean time, do you have any recommendations for replacement excersices for the passive hang and pull ups in other workouts of yours?

      U should go check knees over toes Guy. I have Osgood shlatter on one knee and a cartilage problem on the other one. I've doing knees over toes program for a month and I already feel much better

      Have jump sessions the only way to get better at 2 foot jumping is practicing jumping of two feet

    Do you think more mobility will increase our performance ? If so , till what extent ? Like after attaining how much mobility , will I get no further increase in bball performance ? This reminds , what even is mobilty in the first place? a lot of questions 😅

      @@jaredaguon2106 I think I have watched the podcast that u are talking about . If I remember correctly , he doesn't go into detail on mobility tests . Just said that he has included them in his program . Thnx anyways

      2-3x a week will be great. More is better in this case so if you CAN hit it daily, it's not a bad idea.
