I love seeing day in the life’s of Montessori and Waldorf style homeschooling. There’s something so magical about the way the curriculum is adaptable to the child rather than the child having to adapt to the curriculum. ❤️

Yes! It’s such a lovely way to educate 🥰

Loved this! We have used Waldorf in the past and now incorporate both Waldorf and Charlotte mason, with a heavy dose of unschooling. 🙂 Waldorf is such a beautiful way of learning and it’s more of a lifestyle in many ways for us. I still have many of the Charles Kovacs books and thought they were wonderful!
Thanks for sharing. I enjoy all of your videos immensely!

I have fallen in love with your family. ❤ this is the first video I’ve seen. Our family has grown so much since homeschooling. We are still trying to find homeschool families to vibe with us. Seeing your video gives me hope. I wish you all success and happiness.

Wow I’ve never heard anyone else with a son named Odin , that’s my eldest boys name ! Which curriculum are you using? We make our Waldorf curriculum up which is a LOT of work and research on my part 😬😬😬 I have 5 littles and three homeschool age. I’ve been telling myself I’ll buy a curriculum from the US for the last 5 years and I still haven’t done it 🙄 I think it’s time I did , for my sanity 😂

It is a lot of work creating your own curriculum, I did for many years. The homeschool curriculum we’re currently using is by Earthschooling. It is a huge expense but I bought the lifetime family package so I can use it again and again for each of my children.

    Very inspiring.
What curriculum is it you were using with your teenage girls?

My day sometimes flows like this.
But we haven’t found deep rhythms like yours yet. Seems like every lesson just takes so long, how do you stay on track with time & what curriculum are you using with your elder daughters?

    • @largefamilymama

All three of my eldest daughters will be at college this year so I don’t have a curriculum for them.
I don’t have set times so I don’t need to keep track of time. I just work through what I need to do each day and it takes as long as it takes. Just go with the flow!! 😊

Hi, could I ask, where do you get your curriculum from?
Also your daughters art is incredible!

      And thank you 😊

Hi! lovely video and thanks for sharing so many ideas. Which Waldorf curriculum are you following? I have tried only Bearth institute for kindergarten. But as I'm getting ready to move up to 1st grade, I've been looking for more options. thanks

That's the same curriculum I have used, although I wasn't overly impressed with it. I now no longer use an all-in-one curriculum. I prefer to create my own and just add in the some bought curriculums for subjects such as maths and language arts.
