- Potentially one of our favourite Porsche 993's, definitely a dream aircooled modified Porsche 911 993 to own and drive. This is the second time we catchup with Mark and his Porsche 993 after having an enthusiastic Porsche GT drive earlier in the year, today it's a little more relaxed. Mark takes us through owning this car and we take it out for a spin around the streets of Melbourne. Join us for a first drive in a Porsche 993.
Any bad driving or stalling in this video was done on purpose for dramatic effect and is not a reflection of my driving......

What is it with Porsche and engaging reverse gear? Is it a common problem among most models?
No, this might be my driving 🤣 getting into reverse in my RWB and 930 is really hard work!
@@OutlawGarage I thought it was just my car (a 6 speed 987.2). Engaging reverse requires a decent shove, especially when the engine is cold.
@@pervertt Actually parked the RWB in reverse today so I don't struggle to get it in reverse the next time I drive it 🤣
You need to change the video name I think you made a typo 933 instead of 993.
Love the 993 but the prize goes to the 964 😎👍
Something about the 993 that has really grown on me. A lot of hype around the 964.
@@OutlawGarage the 993 is nice but the headlights I’m sure about . I think of the 964 as the man car 🚗 and the 993 as the woman 🚙 more softer lines .
Hi there. I just want to give you a friendly tip. Your audio always sounds like there is a lot of ruffling/wind. Play it back on some good speakers and you’ll hear it. It is pretty distracting.
In car is difficult, outside the car I’ve tried some new mics recently (but not in this video). Wind in my enemy. You can filter it out but the software isn’t cheap unfortunately.
You might be able to pick up some mic changes in some upcoming videos 👍
Just get a "dead kitten".
