How does sprint going from 20 to 45 a nerf? What? The only time it's worse is in the last 2 seconds. Everything else is a straight buff. Am I missing something?

Before the second to last patch that we got sprint was +50 move speed so now it going to 45 with it losing 15 move speed every 2 seconds is a nerf
