He’s a different level coach his wordplay is very good for teaching. “Make your head like a gyroscope” was a genius thing to say. I don’t think it was her first time but I could very well be wrong.
Awesome breakdown of slipping and defense..he is one of the best coaches with such a very scientific approach to his instruction. *Also I want to know where I can get those Addidas boxing/wrestling shoes coach is wearing..where can I find @Russian School of Boxing ?
Soviet style boxing preaches a lot about fluidity in the stance meaning being able to go from orthodox to southpaw in an instant. Rigidity in stance leads to a less versatile fighter. This square stance leads to more fluidity when fighting on the inside (as this is where this type of fighting would be taking place) as it allows you step around your opponent and get the angle in whatever stance you need without shifting a lot of bodyweight.
Brother when you put others down everyone ends up with nothing. If we support each other or hold our tongues when we have only bad things to say our lives become better. See you in the gym.
Hello Coach Frolov, Please tell me why you instructed to look into your eyes? Does this help the boxer to see punches coming ? If so, is the boxer focusing directly into the opponents eyes, or simply in the area of the eyes, using peripheral vision to see blows coming? Thank you!
You don't really want to look at the eyes. More the shoulder and upper chest area. Basically both eyes centered on opponent without having to turn your head.
@@rtito7842 Last 20 years you had 3 Ukrainian world heavyweight champion - Vitaly Klitschko, Wladimir Klitschko, Olexandr Usyk. How many Russian boxers were heavyweight world champion during that time? By the way, all of these guys - Klitschkos, Usyk, are using Russian/Soviet school of boxing
If that was truly her first time being shown how to do it and she did it that well, then bravo. That was impressive!

I would love to have this guy as my coach.
He is coaching us bro. You, me and everybody in this gym!!!
The way frolov moves is so fluid, truly a master of the craft
This is the best instructional video on drilling bodymechanics and automatism to react to punches throwing at you. Thanks for these insights!!!
Hit that like for the algorithm watchers. Let's support good people doing good things.
I like how she's holding onto her ponytail as a way of training her hands to stay in position.
Old comment but more likely to just stop it from slapping around
good video she needs to do something with the ponytail (in the way not good) 🌋🥃☯️
Always fantastic!!!
Brilliant workout!
Hey love the added hair handle grab for extra support, lol. Great work as usual.
Great 😎👌 greetings from Germany
Eastern Europeans seem to be so much better at teaching technique than Americans.
Japan too. That's where I learned to box. Different style but similar attention to detail.

Very good exercise. Good teacher and student : )
This is just amazing
Very impressive
Fading on a straight in a square stance seems like a recipe for disaster.
Great Master
Awesome vids coach! I see your vids are more advanced and that is great. But can you make videos sometimes more tailored for begginers? Spasibo!
First ! Can I get a hello from coach Frolov ? 👋
Hello there!
Thank you sir
Love the drills but can anyone explain to me why they are both square on while doing this?
Makes for easier application to each stance. The combination of Orthodox and Southpaw is essentially the Square Stance.
Soviet style boxing preaches a lot about fluidity in the stance meaning being able to go from orthodox to southpaw in an instant. Rigidity in stance leads to a less versatile fighter. This square stance leads to more fluidity when fighting on the inside (as this is where this type of fighting would be taking place) as it allows you step around your opponent and get the angle in whatever stance you need without shifting a lot of bodyweight.

teşekkürler hocam
We'll.
From Russia with glove.
The way the student grabs her pigtail as she drills is wholesome and cute af
What a dumb sentence

Why the squared stance?
Someone tell Valentina Shevchenko that Sonya is coming...

@@29slowjoe Thanks
I remember mike Tyson saying he doesn’t look into his opponents eyes because the eyes and face don’t punch, it’s the fists, arms and shoulders
who is this trainer?
You can still upload to youtube?

What does body work mean?
That girl grappling her hair 😅
Love Russia until the end
Russian style 💪👊
Her stance is wrong her body is vulnerable
Ukrainian boxers are the best boxers in the world
because they use soviet school of boxing
Best? Because of 2 examples - Usyk and Loma? Look how many champions U.S, A or Russia has.
