To bad science has disputed that a long time ago. If you are not lazy maybe do a tiny bit of research for yourself on the construction of these sites. You would find out the ancient people had the tools and the ability to do this construction themselves. There is much work and experiments dating back to 1940's of the technical aspects of the construction. Even new scientific paper that does sort of in a way describe a construction technique that melts the rocks. These people had access to acidic waters from their mining sources and used basic observations of this combined it with other materials they had to make an acidic paste. There also is scientific studies of the residues left in between some of the undisturbed joints that contain these materials used. You can find it yourself. It took me less then a few minutes and then 20 more to read the scientific paper. One good thing about science is they never say they have all the answers. IF science comes across something they can not describe. They do not instantly think well it must be magic or aliens. I find the science is far more interesting then what turds like Brien say. People like Brien are con artists they make money off of people that can not think logically for themselves.

I was under the understanding that the river of the last bridge you cross before heading up to Machu Picchu was call the Urubamba River, that skirts around the valley below of Machu Picchu. Do the locals have a different name for this ? Willcawaynu ? If I remember correct, Urubamba is one of the earliest head water tributaries of the Amazon. Always loved the name Urubamba for some reason.

The Inca were a Bronze Age people they couldn’t work very hard stone..... their tools were inferior to very hard stone like andesite stone...
