I grew up with British humour. I’m used to it. I used to watch a sitcom called Mulberry, about the son of death who comes to reap a lady, posing as her new manservant. It’s terrific. Some of the jokes are really dark and sarcastic, but the dark storytelling takes precedence over the jokes at times, which really makes it creepy. And the guy’s dad, Death, keeps showing up to find out what’s taking so long. Only lasted 2 seasons, but it was awesome. Very early 90s, though.

Saw this movie once when I was a kid, and I remember laughing pretty much the entire time.

Fun Fact: Other movies which include important information in a pop-up book are _The Master of Disguise_ and _The Babadook_ .

Am I the only one who thinks of "Goofy wants YOUR money" when I see "Mr. Boogedy"?
    I just hear
    "Mr. Boogedy! Candleshoe! Mandalorian"

This is a true out-of-sight-out-of-mind phenomenon for me. I know I've seen this a few times, but after the movie ends, I don't remember a single thing about it.

I saw this movie when I was a little kid and it has stuck with me ever since. I love it to death, but I was shocked to learn the run time is only 45 minutes!
HOW CAN 45 MINUTES IMPACT MY ENTIRE LIFE!? Haha well done, Disney. You truly knocked this one out of the park.

Ah, "The Wonderful World of Disney" movies,
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Walt_Disney_anthology_television_series_episodes
Just like ABC TGIF from the 90s was the predecessors to the Disney Channel Live Action Universe.
("Girl Meets World" is actually a sequel series to "Boy Meets World", but many of you knew that.),
these Sunday night cheesy Disney movies are the predecessors to the Disney Channel Original Movies.
Long before "Zombies" and "Zenon", there was "Boogedy" and "Not Quite Human".
Thank you Doug, for finally posting at least one of my requests.
You can see some of my other requests in my previous comments regarding Disneycember.
Several of these, including "Boogedy" and its sequel, "Not Quite Human" and its sequels, and the "Parent Trap" sequels
are still available to see on RUclips if you do not have Disney+, but seriously, Disney+ is where you can watch
the entire "bottom of the iceberg" of cheesy, kid-friendly films that Disney would never even consider putting in theaters.

This is one of those movies, where I'd have sworn the whole thing was a fever dream, if it weren't for finding it on the internet.
The Adventures of Mark Twain is another good, and very creepy example.

If you didn't get around to saying that John Astin was Gomez Addams, I was going to tell on you, to Mr. Boogedy and make him haunt your channel. So, it's good that you did that! When I was a kid... I didn't know about the Addams Family, so this went right over my head. But, now, it's the first thing I noticed!
