I just loved the Oracles of Ages and Seasons. But the Oracle of Seasons more, as you've stated. I've played every game in the gameboy because it has an emulator using a PC and we only had gameboys back then. It's the only game that I really liked, story, variety of equipment, characters, places, etc. I've played minish cap, link to the past, ocarina of time, etc. but I still loved the oracle series more. 😅

Yeah I really love it and since Nintendo has stated they're never going back on the open air formula I pray they one day team up with a 3rd party to make a more classic Zelda once again and considering the obscene amount TOTK has sold it's likely our only hope of a more old school Zelda.

I’ve played and 100% every Zelda game including FSA. Granted I did it solo but it def is where it deserves. Best multiplayer but that’s about it. Most of the puzzles were bland, combat was a null issue and honestly left no real impact. TFH and FS were at least hair pullingly irritating at times to remember, and while there def was fun missions, we are still talking about a series like the Legend of Zelda with literally no bad games, therefore the meh games end up being very low on the list

to me I would rather put Spirt Track higher than Phantom Hourglass just because of lots of reasons why like I kind of love the game’s art style more I feel like it is a lot more polished than Phantom Hourglass and I of course love the game’s music more and I love than you can unlock and have Link actually wear his own train engineer outfit later on in the game and how you get to team up with Zelda making Link’s relationship with her more meaningful and how it builds up more on NPCS whole interactions you can actually make them happy and more things to add how in actually one of those Zelda games where you can actually do all the boss fights again without restarting the profile file again

I think the first two Zelda games are the worst.
Triforce Heroes is not worth playing alone. The single player experience sucks which is shocking since it was made after Four Swords Adventures. What the hell happened? Was it too much to have the doppels actually follow you? Online is great if you didn't have lag. I barely had a proper multiplayer experience. Does local multiplayer still work?
I hate Adventure of Link because it's too damn hard.
I place Spirit Tracks above Phantom Hourglass. Fuck the Temple of the Ocean King.
Ages and Seasons should be much higher on the list. Ages is better than Seasons.
Link's Awakening is not better than the Oracle games.
I think Ages and Seasons is the best.

As much as I love A Link to the Past, A Link Between Worlds is FAR superior and you know it! The nostalgia bias of this video is so obvious! ALBW should've been number 1 because, factually, it is number 1! It's the close thing a real game with almost everything a true Zelda fan ever wanted. Two fun and enjoyable worlds to explore and the freedom to tackle practically almost every dungeon in any order. It may feel to some people like it's "just an ALttP remake", but it actually 10 times better than ALttP! ALttP also had big worlds to explore. However the Light World section and early parts of the Dark World section are incredibly linear! Something that many Zelda fans, including myself often didn't like about the older games as it severely kills replay value.
The fact that ALBW as WAY more replay value than ALttP alone is precisely WHY ALBW is, without a doubt, FACTUALLY, FAR SUPERIOR! ALBW is factually the BEST 2D Zelda game ever made and designed! The ONLY REAL reason so many "gamers" despise it so much is all because it's NOT painfully difficult enough! Sorry burst your bubbles, but that's NOT what video games or gaming is all about! Video games have been intended to be FUN and ENJOYABLE. There is NOTHING fun and enjoyable about dying so many times or struggling for HOURS, especially DAYS, WEEKS, or even MONTHS or YEARS, trying to solve one single puzzle! Challenge is a good thing, but NOT when it makes you want to throw your controller and rage quit! Same with linearity. Some linearity can be good. But too much linearity is a problem! Especially in the older Zelda games from ALttP to SS! This is why WW is by far the BEST of all of those games because there is much to explore in that game! The illusion of freedom is why WW is so much fun! In OoT, there a glitches that allow you to have some freedom. But that doesn't change the fact of just how linear it actually is at the end of the day.
I get a lot of people are sick of the barren empty open world format of BotW and TotK. But going back to straight up linearity is NOT the answer! ALBW is literally PROOF that a "traditional" style Zelda game does NOT have to be linear to be a good traditional style game. While TP and SS are proof that so much linearity in Zelda was a bad idea. The linearity of those games really gave "traditional" Zelda a bad name! It's a good thing that the games became more open again because, after all, that's literally how the series started and became such a huge hit in the first place! Mojo Plays said it themselves in this video, Zelda 1 truly is a very important game.
And that is WHY A Link Between Worlds is the BEST! It has both of what made both ALttP and Zelda 1 so great in the first by utilizing a mechanic that was actually introduced in a Japan only Zelda experience, the Ancient Stone Tablets. That all said, A Link Between Worlds should've been number 1 because, literally, based these opinions and facts I just mentioned, factually, it is! It was made purely based on what fans literally asked for and wanted! But yet, they favor the games that feel so much less like Zelda over the game that actually feels so much like Zelda. A case that all people really care about nowadays is realistic graphics and realism. Nobody understands what art is even all about anymore!😞

    Princess Zelda: Showtime!

    • @PJCVita92
      @PJCVita92 4 месяца назад +1

If Zelda were to get her own, it should be something way better than that disappointment called Princess Peach Showtime! It should be a series were Zelda explores the lore of her kingdom history as an archaeologist/scholar like she was in BotW's memories and in the beginning of TotK. Where she studies actual literal Legends. And the series should be called The Zelda Legends. Sort of like how Pokemon has Pokemon Legends. Basically, Zelda getting the Pokemon Legends treatment. Zelda definitely needs this as this kind of series would help improve her character development and rep greatly! Bringing back the kind of linearity that nearly killed the series is the last thing we want! A canon spinoff game were the player still has some freedom to explore is much better for Zelda.

Spirit Tracks is the most underrated Zelda game. Having just replayed it too, it deserves its place up higher with the likes of Minish Cap & A Link Between Worlds. If it were remade with regular controls and a faster train, it’s top tier content.
Four Swords Adventures is also overlooked, but I’m glad it was at least placed above the other multiplayer titles. Not only does the game operate well in single player, but it actually feels like a full fledged Zelda adventure (with some short comings) whereas the other two multiplayer titles feel more like clunky spin offs.
