BTOB has been unserious since debut. They mess around so much even their managers get stressed. 😂 and that’s what I love about them because they are so funny and so entertaining to watch and as you can already tell, they are extremely talented.

This is kinda funny, Minhyuk surely reminded you of someone because he and TXT's Soobin are identical in fact they themselves have mentioned it, even Soobin once sent Minhyuk's photo to the family group chat saying that it was a photo of him to his family as a joke, but what Soobin didn't expect was that his own mother didn't realize that it wasn't actually a photo of him 😂

BTOB - pronounced B to B, stands for Born to Beat, debuted March 21, 2012. Originally a 7 member group, now 6 member group. They have all completed military service and they all have solo work. Members are Seo Eunkwang (leader, eldest, musical actor), Lee Minhyuk (Huta, solo work name, second oldest, composer/producer, actor), Lee Changsub (third eldest, musical actor), Lim Hyunsik (fourth eldest, composer/producer), Peniel (Korean American, fifth eldest, lyricist), Yook Sungjae (youngest, well known actor, and commercial face).

I love this group! And it's a little bit of an older group. The youngest is 28 and the oldest is 33! That's what got me interested knowing that they're close to my age. The oldest 2 are literally less than 2 week solder than me and one of the others is about 2 months younger. Lol I like groups close to my age. Makes me not feel as weird liking them. Lol

This was one of my favorite BTOB Killing Voice reactions so I'm saving it to rewatch later. Your face said it all. Most people seeing BTOB for the 1st time on this Killing Voice don't realize that almost all these songs have choreo. How they sang "I'll be Your Man," even when they were young, with choreo I don't know. Your comment about not being able to stop smiling has been said by many reactors to this video. I would love to see your reaction to their "Wow," "Thriller" and "Way Back Home with English subs" MVs to see their progression and to see them when they had their other rapper. Your would also like their subunit's Kingdom Legendary War survival show (2021) "Back Door" cover and "Blue Moon" stages, along with the collab vocal team's "Love Poem" cover. Just as you said, they went on that show (with Ateez, Stray Kids, The Boyz, Ikon and SF9) and the whole place came alive. That show, with it's English subtitles, gained many international Melodies. For their lengthy career - they are one of the most consistently active groups in kpop! Even during military enlistment (which is over) they were putting out new music (like 8:02, Eunkwang, the oldest and leader, also the first one to enlist, was not part of this song). They had a mini album last year and plan to have one this year, they are currently putting out solo music from each member and in an Asian tour! And yes, they do sing their 7y, 10y etc old songs too as well as new ones bc like you said, it's timeless and it's what the people want lol. So yes, very active and thriving!🙏💙🍀

BTOB is probably the goofiest, craziest most hilarious group you can come across. Apart from their music they take NOTHING, not even themselves, seriously! They're just too funny! They are just a group of best freinds singing together!
28:10 yes!!!!! Agreeeeee! BTOB's music is really well balanced with good rap and good vocals! Even when they layer rap over harmonis, it (their own sound) sounds unique!

Multi-talented and funny as heck! On point observation, they have 4 main vocals. Their rappers are like poets with their verses.
They are still making new music together, and as part of growing up individually doing other pursuits, kdrama, musicals, etc..
I kid you not, from the start of their career they have broken the “idol image” that was the norm at the time. 😂

Stray Kids and BtoB are actually friends ever since they got teamed up on the show Kingdom: Legendary War. Min Hyuk says that Stray Kids still think his apartment is their second dorm and will just show up at his house even 3 years after Kingdom is over.
U should hear Peniel, singrap in a melodic way in some of their beside track , BTOB don't care at all of their images as na idol.

BtoB's (Born to Beat) fandom name is called Melody, cause “Every Beat Needs a Melody”. Originally there were 7 people in the group, but their rapper Ilhoon left in 2020. But being versatile, all members can rap and sing to “fill in the gaps” whenever it is his verse coming.
Changsub (orange collar guy), Hyunsik (white shirt & tie guy) and Eunkwang (dark blue sweater guy) studied Practical Music in college (Changsub and Hyunsik with a crazy acceptance rate of a cutthroat 3000:5 ratio at their year), and Changsub and Eunkwang are both musical theatre actors. Hyunsik and Minhyuk (far left rapper in blue shirt with the speaking voice) compose and write most of BTOB songs and Sungjae (second left wearing white shirt with blue lines) is a really popular actor who even received some awards for his acting (maybe you've seen some YT shorts from those doramas, that's why he seems familiar). Peniel (grey sweater) is an American-Korean who has a bright voice and even brighter personality (whenever his lines pop up, I cannot hold myself but smile and feel a bit happier).
All of them have solo albums or tracks in somewhat different music styles (Changsub (rock-ish style), Sungjae (more pop, but you should check his recent cover on Benson Boone's "Beautiful Things"), Eunkwang (ballads), Hyunsik (alternative rock), Minhyuk (tracks in his albums are the most versatile in genres) and Peniel (rap, dance).

For your information, Blue Moon is part of alcohol series songs composed by Minhyuk (the ones in blue, the very left). Blue Moon represents Beer (that's why they mentioned 'needing beer') while the second song is Whiskey (the song under the same album with Higher). Also, Minhyuk also the composer of Higher.

so happy to see you reacting and loving our beats. you’re so right that they’re fun and they don’t care about their idol image- which if you check out their old videos you can see that they’ve never cared about their image even right after debut.
I would highly recommend watching their live stages because btob will always sing live and dance (they tried lip syncing and failed miserably and never tried again) and their ad libs are insane.

Thank you for such a wonderful reaction to this performance. BTOB (BORN TO BEAT) is a 12 year old, self composing & producing group who are known as the vocal/ballad/harmony kings. Initially had 7 members & all members can sing, rap, dance & play instruments. Sadly, the main rapper had to leave the group in 2020 so now they are just 6. Debuted in 2012 but they have been together years even before debut..stayed in one room in one dorm, shared a lot together that's why they're not just bandmates or friends but like real bros & family. They have a very diverse discography, not afraid to try new things & they love performing live and they entertain with their humor coz they're all goofy and crazy. They're older now but they're aging like fine wine..music gets lovelier & they are even much better vocalists now..their music is timeless & they have great personalities yet stayed humble through all these years. In fact they have just established their own BTOB Company just a couple months ago & promised to do better & stay together for a long time. They never bothered having that perfect idol image and simply do what they wana do and say what they wana say. They're always sincere in everything they do and Melody (fandom name) loves them.
