This pedal need use 18VDC.
A kind of bucket brigade delay style.
This pedal use MN3005 / NE570N MN3101 and Texas op amp (not sure maybe MC1458 or RC4558 it behind a capacitor.
Gears :
Guitar : Gibson ES-335TD Re1963.
Amp : Fender Blues Junior.

These are great delays. Found one of these in Yokohama. They have the MN3005 chips.

Yes. Usually, I like MN3205, but for this one. I was surprised by that sound from the MN3005.

Is it 18V center positive or center negative?

Negative center. 18V.
