No, there are slug rounds that you don't have to worry about body armor because you shoot their legs or arms and it'll blow them apart, you can also aim for the head. Semi auto shotguns with drum magazines are extremely effective

BUT....if the purchaser (a resident of the state) was purchasing the guns with the intent of selling or giving them to the womwn (a non-resident) then he would be guilty of making a straw-purchase which is a crime. Someone needs to look into what happened to the guns once the filming was over.
