I've just discovered your channel while trying to implement live streaming to my RUclips channel. You are very informative and fun to watch. Subscribed :)
I'm so glad this was helpful for you! 🎉 Hope that maybe you'll be able to stop by and say hey during one of our live streams someday! (Friday at 10:00am PT) 🙂
I love you. This is all overwhelming and obviously very very very expensive BUT ultimately I’m so grateful for the acute direction you have given here. Much thanks.
Luria's got the Flex with the Pat Flynn on the ecamm! But seriously, nice to see someone utilizing entry level gear like the Neewer 480 LED and something other than an Apurture 300D with that huge dome. Thanks!
Hey, good advice! I'm Brian David Robinson, had the number 1 movie on HBO in 2015 & 16, cooked on tv for years and now looking todo my own youtube channel in May to go along with my cookbook release in July and other fun things along the way. I truly appreciate your insights for a home studio.
Excellent BTS vid. Thanks for sharing Luria. However, would love to have seen a small mention of vMix for us PC users, as well as the Ecamm (mac only) shout outs that we hear about! 😊
Thanks for the content Lucia & team! Super helpful and entertaining, filled with value! Question- do you see an use for an ATEM miniPro with the setup you describe here? Thanks!
I'm so glad this was helpful for you! 🎉 Hope that maybe you'll be able to stop by and say hey during one of our live streams someday! (Monday and Friday at 10:00am PT) :)
I am new to this space and I am to create my studio. This is an excellent video providing a lot of information. I have a PC and Nikon cameras. So i will not be able to use ECamm. What do you recommend? Thank you again
Thank you Luria!! New Imac just arrived, is the Caldigit T3Plus All I will need for multiple capture cards. Doc Rock has a video stating to get the CalDigit Element 4, but they do not have stock! help
I am new. Found you from Rene. My work requires us to do video conferencing but then gave us thin clients with horrible vms to connect to so no matter what you use the video is blurry and cuts out often
We spent 1000 for a 4K camera that we use to make calls. Why not let us use that as it not only has the 4K stabilized image but also has the apple processing engine? This video is over the top for my work office.
Funny how in time the amount of gear and the prices are both going down. These days my on location and techcondo set are both their own bubble. So even though I had an event on the same day I can only flip a switch and go live
Could you mentioned which hardware mount you use to mount the ntg4 mic. The varipole I understood but then. Could you provide a link for a goot mounting arm?
Well, that was a bit depressing. Looking over your setup, checking out the links, and seeing the prices for these items... combined with Luria saying more than once that this was a simple "at-home" setup. Geez... if I want to make anything that seems close to professional, it seems like I need at least $3k (not counting the 2020 iMac) just to get started. I understand that getting setup isn't going to be cheap and that every piece of the equipment shown isn't required to get started, but just the varipoles cost $263 for two and this video recommended three of them. I have been watching the LSP videos for a few weeks now (as Board Game Nation) and I have been waiting for a setup video like this one. But, now after watching this, this endeavor seems altogether much more daunting. It looks like I am going to be better sticking with pre-recorded material for some time. When I am ready to swim back toward the deep end, I'll be back. I appreciate the information. It was eye opening.
An M1 Mac Mini starts at $699 and will work just as well as a 2020 iMac (if not better). The only reason Luria has that iMac is that it was the best option at the time (before Apple released the M1 Macs). And you don't need to get everything at once, you can build over time.
@@LiveStreamingPros lol well in that case please create a video for the rest of us that don't have the option of turning it off. Many suggest using Nvidia RTX to remove noise but that is not compatible with my GPU.
This is the result of years and years of streaming, you don't have to start with this. You can start streaming with just your phone and add on as you feel the need to. 👍
Hi there... it's fine if I'm not a good fit for you, nothing works for everyone after all! 👍 But telling someone that they should not be who they are, that's not ok. Please keep in mind that you talking to a real person, and we can all use a little more kindness in our world. I hope you find content that is a better fit for you soon.

Welcome! What kind of content are you streaming?
@@LiveStreamingPros Thank you. I am going to do a live "how to play pool show".
That sounds like fun, hope all goes well!
Luria, your personality WITHOUT ANY DOUBT is the best "gear" that LSP has... 😊
Way to break it all down Luria!🔥 Thank you!🙌🏼🤓
Wow, Google put this in my phone's news feed. I've been a fan of your work for >10 years, so it's great to have found your new venture.

Awesome setup!
Glad you think so! 👍
New, Thank you so much for taking the time to break it down for the average person/military veteran. Salute

Hi Luria, I'm from Brazil, thanks for your videos!!

I'm a new fan, but I'm still super impressed every time I watch a video.
Great overview Luria! I love the Veripole idea. I don't have much space so that might do the job.
Great Setup I like the idea of using light to make objects stand out in the background
Thank you!! Yes!! That is super important to create depth!
Enjoying and learning from your videos. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome!! So glad you're finding value 🤗❤️
@@LiveStreamingPros hate to say this but I have been watching your shows since the early days.

Luria you’re looking amazing as always 🥰🥰🥰
Love this video. So awesome to see other setups!
New and looking to learn as much as I can! Thanks, Graeme

New to “Live Streaming Pros”, but a big fan from iCali through the Geek Brief days!
Welcome to LSP!!
I think you are a professional professor. Good luck......🌹🌹🌹🌹

For some people, yes - heck I use one for some productions! 👍
I missed the live stream. thanks for youtube replay.
Great content , thank you!

Hi Luria, what are your thoughts on the Black Magic ATEM Mini or Mini Pro or one of their even newer items?
Luria talks about the ATEM Mini in this stream: ruclips.net/video/y9fGZJq3WuM/видео.html
NEW: Hey great videos. I'm not a RUclipsr, just looking for new ideas for video conferencing at work. Thanks so much for the inspiration!!!
Hey Andy! Awesome!!! Glad we could help!!
Nice ...one of these days

You do know that they are getting paid through Amazon links right? Any product sales through those links nets them a commission.

FYI: That was stated during the stream and is also explained in the description.
Hi, I noticed you have a heatpump close to you. What do you use to remove the background noise of the heatpump when you are recording?
I turn it off. :)

This is like my mum showing me how to use the internet.

What are the specs of your pc?
Hello! You'll find that info here: livestreamingpros.com/gln
New!
Hi I'm NEW....😁
why not just get a ATEM mini and kill all the extra 4K capture cards?
upgrading to a 4K camera would make sense
Not really, it wouldn't bring any additional value to the stream...
With all that electricity going on. I bet that's one expensive Electricity Bill.
I new to the game
Welcome to the game 🎉🎉
You almost broke the gear smh😆. I just want you know your videos be very helpful.
you know who she reminds me of kim ka.... pc greek

I can't afford to buy all of those accessories. To have all of that, you must have money.

Basing the setup around MacOS the only major mistake I saw.
Hey Mac has really stepped it up! I also have a PC using vMix that I'll be making more content around too 😉
Not a mistake, a choice.
