    documentation . You have proof of it
    that" Your not at fault". for the damage that was done.

  • @newbly177
    @newbly177 Год назад +17

    Really enjoy your content. You do a good job and it's fun to follow you on your journeys. With that being said, I live 30 miles south of Detroit and have lived my life going in and out of the city. On top of that my wife and I have traveled our whole lives and have seen many big cities. I have felt much more uncomfortable in places like Seattle, Portland and Chicago than I have ever felt in Detroit. Detroit is not all slums and there are many beautiful areas with incredible old homes. The downtown area is nice and they have four major sports teams in the city proper. As far as the auto industry there are still many auto factories, thriving in and around the city. I think you were only seeing a small part of the city and although Detroit has seen some trying times in the past it is no different today than many other big cities in America and other countries, and is not near as violent as places like Chicago, Baltimore and San Francisco. Thank you again for your channel, I just thought I'd give a little different perspective from someone in the area.

    When my husband mustered out after WWII, he got a job as a trucker just by saying he knew how to do that. Right! He told me that he would miss a gear on rt. 1 in California and ascend in grandma gear. Then, he arrived at his destination and had to back down a narrow alley, something he had not previously done. So, being a fast thinker, he saw other truckers and, therefore, he jumped out of the cab and announced that he really had to use the restroom and would one of these fellows back this up for him. Then, he peeked out a window until the truck was backed into position. When he arrived home, he then practiced until he could then do backing.

    Part of Wisconsin you went thru is in the Driftless Zone, a gorgeous part of the State. Untouched by glaciers. If you go further west by the Mississippi, its even more hilly.

    Alex, Anytime when your transporting food, your trailer has to be clean an free from contaminants.
    And the same with frozen food transported by refrigerated trailer(s)
    They have to be swept out before loading,
    Products your transporting can cause contamination.

    Try a good heavy duty quality lawn blower to clean your box trailer. You get what you pay for. Try get by cheap it always cost you more.

    Come to WV next few weeks for our yearly Ramps & Molly Moocher festival's. You not making any good cooking videos lately? We will fatten you up. Ramps, beans & cornbread be a ?. Molly Moochers you would permanently move to WV for a lifetime. Molly Moocher is a wild mushroom that only come up like 6 weeks in spring per year. Morrell Mushrooms is I think the proper name.

    I’ve parked in MANY sketchy areas over the years…and other then a few lizards crawling on my door at night, I’ve had no issues. Just lock your doors and secure them with the seatbelt, and try to park next to another driver if possible.

    A little ryobi leaf blower will be much faster for trailer cleanout. Also when you were surprised about truckstop parking, most will be empty when it's raining and wet but fill up instantly when ice hits..reason being that they are getting as many miles in as possible before it ices up.
