Lenovo T400: How to upgrade the RAM

If your laptop ir running a little bit sluggish perhaps a ram upgrade is in order. This video is to help walk you through this simple proses.

Thanks, you showed me where the ram sticks are hiding. I reset the sticks but it still won't come on. I'll check the adapter next which I should've checked first. If I can't get it to work, it will be for parts. Thanks again

question...hope someone can help here...i just got ram for lenovo thinkpad t400...a two pack of 2 GB ram each. but this video is confusing. how would i add memory to my machine? if i take the old ones out, and put what i bought IN, does that just replace it? i am new to this please. i dont want to screw anything up. please be gentle with advice ty. any help is greatly appreciated. ty

NOT, ONLY 2x2GB DDR3 RAM, it is a MAXIMUM for this model
