I always appreciate honesty and integrity. How will society progress if we dont share knowledge? I wish you well in your venture. Wish i had builders like you instead of the cowboys i ended uo with.

Thanks very much mate. It’s cool the way you are constantly trying to push the business forward. I set up a development company myself 3 months ago with an existing client. Trying to get away from customers and build for myself. Thanks again mate and good luck.

Loving the honesty in the. Your doing something you believe in even though you have such little experience in doing this. TBH this is exactly what I did with my building company and I employed people who had much more exp than me. We can’t know everything but we can Lear from right people. Keep going loving it ✌🏻🧱

@@Levelupconstructionmedia Up our way on the prestige estate they may have big gardens but the actually plot they have must remain a 1/4 acre so what people are doing is looking for a house for sale and asking the people both sides if they would sell some of there garden then they can get an acre of land which you really need as you need a 3 car garage nowadays and a decent garden..If you want big plots of land for sale look at Durham

Great work and ideas , ever tried looking at survey maps , to find houses with large gardens that back on to each other and putting a cul de sack in , we were involved with builders back in the 1970,s . Good luck and do not forget some credit checks on clients ? 🤔🤨

Awsome video and thats pretty much how it is in a nutshell 💯
Wouldn't mind a dabble on that software myself. With this determination you will find a plot no problem. Took us what fealt like forever and we lost a few K in pro fees on one as we pulled the plug last minute as it was getting tight I fealt. That made us even more determined though. Just 6 weeks ago we broke ground on our first and our dream. Good luck pal 👍

The lads at #SalvageRebuildsUK have built up a VERY respectable Social Media following for their business repairing/selling salvage Cars/vans .... They don't even need to go out LOOKING any more, as they now pay a 'Finders Fee' to any subscribers who put 'deals' their way .... Just a Thought ..... Great Video 😎
