I went with my niece the 1st time she ever took her dogs to the ocean, when they were living in the South. At 1 point during the drive, which was 45 minutes, the dogs started to get antsy. She said "it's because this is the same route we take to get to the vet. They think we're going to the vet". 😆
Linda C - they are smart lil boogers!! Our dogs start freaking out the second we get them in the car. Bella used to be good but as we stopped taking her places, except for to the vet with her brothers and other sister (RIP) she’s getting to where she pants the whole ride too. We had her first out of the three frenchies so she would go everywhere with us or with daddy. Lucy was a mini dachshund and much older so we could leave her home if we had to scoot but after we got Frankie then a couple years later, Archie, they wanted nothing to do with the car!! We got Bella locally but she does not have true frenchie features. But the boys cane from the same breeder in Iowa (we are in NY) and so they flew here. Archie came with a nanny tho so he didn’t have too much of a fearful time but poor Frankie had to take that ride in a carrier and God only knows where they put it. My poor baby. I always wondered if it scarred him for life!! ✈️🛫🛬🛩

Same here! Usually I’m in bed and my hubby is sleeping as are our three frenchies (in our bed too may I add) and I lay here trying not to laugh too much and wake them all up!!
These two potatoes are so well feed and taken care of...the vet is in for a treat to check them out...they pass with flying colors...love their little smiling faces afterwards...then they get treats.....so adorable...glad. Griffins eye is better..yeah...
