Layout and design won't bother Google, but the content, if you don't change the content, especially texts to something unique, Google would see it as duplicate content, which would definitely affect rankings. Copying designs too can land you a copyright suit, so generally I advise you change your clone content as much as you can to be unique to you.

@@JustDaps Yea so I upgraded the tool, having a very had time copying a website, memory shoots up to 1.9gigs on webflow, Nothing saves and everything freezes up and crashes. Tried on multiple computers, all giving me the same issue.

Make sure that both sites are updated to last version of Elementor and have enabled the features relevant to the copied element before trying again.

Not directly, however softlite, the developers of clonewebx has another tool for animation called LITEMOVE
