Gotta give credit where it's due, nice product at a really good price, it works. 2023 Core, good people at SXTH too. Their prices aren't ridiculous and they are quick to respond.

Spend the extra $100 and get the Racer X intercooler that’s tig welded by hand in the U.S. sixth element intercoolers are cast

Do they have protective end caps while shipping so nothing gets inside of intercooler. Update I received and it does have caps on both sides.

They sure do, and packaging is total overkill lol, which is nice. I had an intercooler years ago arrived smashed on hot side and took me forever to file/sand it to where the charge pipe would go on, its a nice piece and definitely makes a difference, 2023 Core here.

Does it retain the factory cooling ducts (Air deflector) to direct cold air to the intercooler.

Yup! Look at the video and you'll see the part where we tell you to cut the OEM ones if you don't want them squished. Air reaches the core regardless of them installed or not. That is why removal is optional :)

Had the same problem initially that’s boost leaks you need to get a good seal you can you hairspray or silicone lube but make sure you tighten very good (lots of boost going through those pipes) I pressure tested and sprayed soapy water to find leaks. We fixed all of them now it’s perfect. I see this post is 4 weeks old did you tighten all the couplers and find all the leaks

Love the products… hate the fact that most of them are on pre order or back order. Can we please get these IN STOCK???

Disappointed start..Installed mine today I hear a boost leak when in high amount of boost. Installed exactly per instructions install was completed by master mechanic. Hissing sound when in boost above 1.5. Im bringing back sunday..not a good start **** UPDATE FIXED had the system pressure testing found boost leaks couplers were not tight enough and now it pulls full boost pulls HARD and At a lower rpm nothing crazy but no heat soak no more.. went to full send Motorsports they fixed it in a hour. Any mods you have to ready for these things to happen. Nice upgrade
