Somtimes passing photos quickly might make you feel he is throwing.. But be clear that he has done much to promote Hari Dasa Sahithya. If he has no respect towards God or haridasaru he would have chose some other style of singing & not Hari Dasa Sahithya..
I even don't know why shows off such plastic photos as if the audience is dumb. It is distracting. Good singer , poor body language on stage . Sorry. He should stop this gimmicks

Yet you want to do , do sir ,but after showing don't through photos like that. It's better to make video and play using projector rather than using photos.
It is his unique style of singing wihile showing photos which is related to the song simultaneously and why do you feel that he is disrespecting God? He is passing the photos to the associated person. In order to be quick he passes bit fastly that doesn't mean that he is disrespecting God. If so he wouldn't have chosen Dasa Sahithya to promote.
