    We all need a calibrated torque arm like Robot.
    Good job on saving another scooter. 👍

    Hi Robot
    Could you make a video of how to change the pin and needle bushings of the front suspension swingarm?

    The Only Flaw in Vespas always been that front suspension that's why they keep flipping it from a pivot to a rigid fork support but still getting the same tire skip effect at times and various road conditions other than that they built like a tank just lift your floor boards spray waterproof sealing inside the footrest and battery compartment and a Brothers race shock and they will last 50 years easy

      whats tire skip effect?

    • @mackattack8627
      @mackattack8627 3 года назад

      @@MrMLajoie when the front tire bounces off the road in a trembling effect like a rock skipping water your tire is leaving the surface in milliseconds at a time not good for stability Piggio know this because of the Gileras from the 90,s but they still implement this front suspension so you gonna always have that airplane landing effect of tire skip and wobble 😬

    Why do metric sockets have a standard drive?

    • @paulbudford
      @paulbudford 3 года назад

      I'm guessing because we all used imperial tools before we converted to metric. So makes sense to only replace the sockets. Not the ratchets and bars too.

      @Peter Peter no the aerodynamics and suspension is the type that's best now that the Lambretta (SCOMADI) SX 300cc with a liquid cooled thumper will be sold here in Los Angeles California is what we been waiting 22 year's for since the SCOMADI is not sold here and Lambretta been dropped the ball nevertheless the RA 300s/ SCOMADI is 50 pounds lighter than the GTS 300 it comes with a digital dash with tachometer as Standard a pre HPE Piggio 278cc with duel forks= Ultimate Stability and holds 2.90 gallons of fuel and the icing on the cake is PM Tuning already have a Malossi engine and transmission package that has 27!!! rear wheel horsepower fully gas flowed ported camed up ready to mount and dump the cast iron factory cylinder it gets no better than that to lug around a 300+ pound of steel against wind Now to remind you that it is a 2020 Lammy mix with the WASP best of both worlds if you ask my California ass🤓 last but not least if you crash you can always just remove the side panels for new ones😁🤓💪

    I don't know why Piggio keep making that flawed suspension system anyway that type of suspension system we call a cam link type has never been good that's why we never Circuit raced the Italjet dragster we run the Italjet Runner Sp duel forks- I explained this to the $7000 Dueltron X Scooter Community because like the Vespas they feel the front end tire skip a stiffer adjustable gas shock on the front suspension to lesson the effect but it will always remain during certain road conditions this is the reason you Don't see this type of suspension in Gp racing besides the 150cc Polini and Malossi season race Cup although the British BSSO super Scooter's have a few that they mainly gun on the straint with 50-72bhp!!! Vespas 😁

      @Peter Peter well it's about stability I'm 52 year's old now been riding motorcycles since age 9 and stability is what keeps us Roadhogs alive that type of suspension was Design After a single wheel aircraft landing gear as a damper for the initial shock of impact not as a continuous Road use suspension 🤔 to permanently fix this problem you have to add a aftermarket suspension like Racingbros 1.0-4.0 front suspension they are the ONLY ONES that work well enough to take your hands off the bars and the Vespa is still stable under normal road conditions after that the bike will last and handle for 50 years easy with care they are built better than any motorcycle on the planet to be honest that thick guage Automotive Steel is tucked and layered for a solid tank build the 278 cc engine is way under power compared to an MX motor for durability reliability and less maintenance with good fuel economy but still holding highway or Interstate capabilities

    Bent fork??? If really need this tutorial you shouldn't be driving a Wasp. My Vespa would never have such a problem. My love for my 300GTS is Rambo Strong. 😎

      Try living here. We have a well know phenomenon called SMIDSY. It's what car drivers say after they crash into you. SORRY MATE I DIDN'T SEE YOU!
