We use ghee largely followed by CP mustard for some specific north indian winter veggies, CP sesame for all south Indian snacks and CP sunflower for very occasional deep frying. It's unbelievable how this changes your Rajas and Ojas. Super crisp and concise video.
I truly can't thank you enough for this wealth of life-changing information for free. I'm sure western big multi nationals wouldn't like this information you are giving for free
I use only cold pressed oils depending upon the season and A2 ghee. But I have heard we should not use A2 ghee for cooking rather use it as it is that is add it to our dals apply on rotis. Pls clarify my doubt can I prepare my subzis and tadkas in ghee.
Hi, My name is Vijay Mahendra. Can you please justify that saturated fats which are high in ground nut oil, coconut oil and ghee is good for health than vegetable oil which is extracted from canola seed or rapeseed which has got less saturated fats. But the U.S Food & Drug Administration (FDA) says that vegetable oil is good for health because it contains less amounts of saturated fats with good proportion of mono & poly unsaturated fatty acids at the ratio of 2:1 mono vs poly. 0:40
Namaskaram, Even though Coconut oil has single chain saturated fat, that’s why it’s healthier than other refined oils. Whereas oils extracted from seeds are best that is suitable for that particular region - canola oil is not Indian origin. We must always use the local traditional food. Pranam, Volunteers for Shlloka
@vijayamdesineni1520 most seed oils are expelled pressed which cause gut issues: ghee, raw butter, coconut oil and even animal fat are healthier choices.

We use fresh milk cream and butter instead of oil. This is advised by a naturopathy doctor Manthena.
How is this akka ?
Namaskaram,
Butter and milk cream are best alternative to oil, ghee is even better.

You said flaxseed oil can’t be used for cooking because of a high smoke point, but Ghee is great for cooking because it has a high smoke point?!? 🤔
